Wizards Culture Change?

I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. Wiz just beat the Hawks by 32. For the past month I've seen the Wizards hustling, playing defense, and playing really hard! What's going on? Is Leonsis actually trying to change the culture of losing of this franchise? Getting rid of players who are unwilling to play hard, and bringing in Wall, Crawford, Evans, Jeffers, Booker, and Owens. They play much harder over 4 quarters than our starters ever seemed to before they arrived, and with critical mass the effort is clearly contagious. It's awesome to watch!
