I think the vikings need to fire the head coach!!!! He will never take this team to a super bowl. If the want a new stadium they need a guy like bill cowher.
bill Cowher... how many years did he have to coach in Pitt before he won a championship? He won 1 in 15 years. And was lucky that year as the only wild card team to every win it all.

Don't preach about how great he is. He'd be getting booed within 5 years as everyone would say he isn't good enough to win the big one....

<quoted text>Good post, but your comment of "as the crumbling of the walls of this franchise continues" had me wondering if you were talking about Gopher Nation.
It's really both, however, as a point of clarification:
"as the crumbling walls of this so called 'professional' franchise".
Actually Maturi has already imploded Gopher Nation with the rising dust from the rubble of the Brewster era still fresh in the minds of Gopher football fans.

Nice headline. Too bad Wilf doesn't see that Klink is the "antidote" to problem that he inflicted upon himself.

Wilf is an idiot, why should anyone care about the Vikings when they keep an insecure fool as head coach. The only reason must be to kill any interest in the team so that any stadium momentum dies and moving to L.A. becomes a viable option.

I respect him. But he too falls under that category. What we want is a superbowl win. Period. Hiring a guy who got one doesn't mean we will get one. Just ask Brett Favre.

Pioneer Press, this is NOT called journalism, just attacking Moss and bringing up every possible Tinasty's Sob story and Saying "Childress (because he's never told a lie)" said players told himm they would have lost all respect for him other wise and bringing up the sick people who hate him and saying the Vikings going 1-3 with Moss here is Moss's fault same with the Titans(look at their QB problems), and neglecting to warrant that Moss kept the Vikings in the game against the Jets, came out and gave a halftime rally speech re-energizing the team to win against the Cowboys, was told he wasn't a coach repeadtly by chilly and oh yeah the patriots game how about he went into the endzone waived his hand and as never thrown to when he was open because the injured and cant drop back 5 steps to throw Favre couldn't make thoses deep passes most of the time, as for the Packer game GREAT effort same injured Favre story. Also, he gave Percy Harvin great help and advicce mentoring the young man in his time here and guess what LOOK at how Harvin since Moss and before Moss!
Why is every Moss story an attack at his character or him being unjustly blamed.
