Really? This isn't a lead story? Not even on the sports page? Dumb. Congrats to Love and the Wolves on a history-making performance. Pretty amazing.

Beasley may have tattoos in places that cannot be shown in public, but he has a smile on his face and a laugh in his heart. Anyone remember KG ever having a gracious attitude in an interview? With luck, we may have found the man who will make us forget that we had one of the most talented, most ungracious, and, yes, most racist players as the centerpiece of our franchise for years.
Oh -- and nice placement, p.p. What's wrong -- had to leave room for one of Walter's "little birdy" gossip columns or Sansevere's lazy softball "mail-it-in" q and a's?

If the Wolves can find one more shot-blocking/defense oriented big man, I feel there is enough talent there to make some noise once the team has a couple more years of experience.

The best decision I made this fall was to get NBA league pass so I can watch my wolves blossom. Magic talking to the team prior to the LA game seems to have switched on the light for these guys. B'Easy has figured out that he can get his shot, almost anytime he wants, against most of the small forwards in the league. Klove just inhales the ball out of a crowd, again, when he is motivated. The trick now is to keep both of these guys fired up to play at this level, as these two can carry a team.
Darko continues to look awful on offense, fine on defense. Last night Darko had an uncontested baby hook from 3 feet........and shot it 2 feet. I keep hoping, but am starting to lose faith that it is going to change for him. If it does, then the wolves will have a front line that can match up with anyone, as Beasley and Love are both playing at an all-star level.
Brewer is bringing his typical high energy defense every night and is on the floor when the game is on the line. Wes is just trying to blend, picking his spots, and being a good complementary player.
This little 3 game stretch has been fun to watch. I think the good basketball continues although not every game will end as a "W".
Confidence is a funny thing. You can't get some until you have success, and you can't have success until you get some.

Darko is ok. Don't expect him to be in Pau Gasol,Stoudemire,Bynum category. For 5 mil a year we got a center and he is ok for the money. Any better center we would have to pay more. He is in category with Dalambert,Pachulia,Joe Smith, Drew Gooden,Biedrins,Mozgov,Fesenko ,Jermaine Oneal,Ilgauskas and some of them make much more money than him. This guy can run, he has big body,he is ok for pick and roll, block out, pick up few rebounds if he scores 10 points he is good for the money. He will never be great center, but he is ok, he is also not the brightest cookie in the jar and very stubborn and yet still 25 years old.

Everyone laughed when I said this team will win 45 games. Now we have won 2 in a row. Watch out! Next year with Rubio we make it our of the 1st round of the playoffs.
