Tendinitis slows Nocioni in U.S. loss
#1 Aug 22, 2008
It was not a blowout. It would have been if the U.S.A. had kept up the intensity it showed in the 1st quarter when it was ahead by 18 points, but they let up and Argentina would NOT give up - they came within 6 points just before the half. The US pulled away eventually but it was NOT a blowout.

You didnīt see him playing, did you? He's the most competitive player I've seen. The same intensity; a game is "to win or die",always. He plays, as we say in Argentina, "with the knife between his teeth", no matter what.
Besides, I believe heīs the only bull who played every game of last season. That may be enough. He's one of a kind. I hope you can value this guy who plays with his heart.

You are absolutely right about Nocioni - shows up with 200% every game, the only value-adder to those expensive tickets.
