Andrew Bynum got the best of Tim Duncan, although Bynum didn't let on that it was any big deal. Full Story

"Bynum didn't admit to gleaning any more pleasure from his performance against the Spurs veteran. He scored early on a turnaround jumper over Duncan - 15 years Bynum's senior - and flourished from there."

Tim Duncan turns 33 in April. So Bynum is 17?

I sure hope he is turning the corner.

We need his toughness and scoring for the playoffs (a la Boston).

That where it counts.

of course bynum is mellow about his outplaying duncan. he knows there's much more work to be done in the future, especially against those smaller big guys of the east, so until he can overpower those little-big guys from the east, he'll stay mellow. i have confidence in that he will do just that on a rematch against the brutal little-bigs from the east.

GO LAKERS!!!

TIm Duncan is only 32 years old for crying out loud. 15 years his senior pffff. If the recession hasn't hit too hard, please let me know if this newspaper needs an editor.

The article says 11 years his senior. Doesn't really matter, Bynum appears to be building on the success of last year - before the injury. Go Lakers!

Like you've never made a mistake. For the record, the Daily News does need editors. If things keep going the way they are with newspapers, the editors will all be working out of a call center in India.

To me Bynum is the key to the Lakes championship. Kobe can not do it alone and Gasol is too soft to make significant contributions on a consistent basis. But with Bynum controlling the middle on defense , what can i say man!? what can i say!?

Andrew at 21 will be potent center for Lakers for many years to come. He will be a more defensive stopper especially in the paint area than offensively. He will have nights that nobody can stop him offensively. With Andrew, Lakers will rein the NBA for many years to come.

The best thing about Andrew is his willingness to learn, and oh by the way he has a very good instructor, the best at his position to ever play the game. Kareem Abdul Jabar, keep up the good work!!!!!!
