Nocioni is a gusty guy, and everybody knows it. This does not give him a pass on making some poor shot selections during games which he does. Given the right coach, Andres is the type of player who will plug the lanes defensively and draw charges. Offensively he can score against certain players in the post, but of course is more known for his perimeter game. I'm dissapointed that he and Hinrich(good first step/mid-range game opportunity) haven't been able to use more of their non-perimeter skills with the Bulls as their careers have matured. An over reliance on the perimeter unless your a bomber like Gordon or a Vinnie Johnson is a crutch and the easy way out. If Del Negro is worth anything he'll make them balance their games within the offense and their field goal percentages will rise correspondingly.

Well said Mark. But Noce needs to get back in the gym to bring more consistency to his outside shot.

Time to deal Nocioni. I love the guy but he's no spring chicken and I don't see him giving up international play anytime soon. As long as he's playing for Argentina he'll never be 100% healthy.7026

NBA owners need to put in these guys contract that if you decide to play for your country, and you get a serious injury and can't live up to your contract that you need to give back some of those Millions of dollars they get paid.At least the amount you would get paid for every game you miss in the season. Why pay a guy a multimillion dollar contract just so he can get hurt for free playing for another country.
