Folks the Magic better beware....Donyell Marshall is lurking..(as the theme music from the movie Jaws begins to play). He is ready to strike at any moment. He is ready to take another bite out of the championship aspirations of the Orlando Magic.
Clearly this dude can smell blood. He just calmly sits and waits for his opportunity to wreak havoc upon anything that gets in his way.
He gazes up at the scoreboard and begins to smirk when he sees that his team is behind by double digits.
Now he knows that it is his time to silence a deafening crowd and put people back in their seats where they can ponder about opportunities lost.
Yes it is his time folks. This man is on a mission. The Magic are merely his prey. He will ultimately devour them and then swim off to the second round where he will probably go back to doing what he did before the Magic series.....absolutley nothing.
They don't like to play him in back-to-back games.....even ones 3 days apart. He needs his rest.

Kenny is a Cavs fan. I'm sure he doesn't think the Magic will win the title this year.:)

This is the beginning of the end for this sorry, over-rated, NO heart team of choke artists. The Magic are pathetic and deserve to lose all their games in this series. BUMS all.

Folks if the Magic lose game 2 then yes they WILL in fact go on to lose this first round series.

Of course I am already calling for Philly to win this series in 6 games anyway.

But if the Magic don't win tomorrow night then even most of you here will have to admit that they are done.

Currently I am watching a true title contender in the Cavs taking care of business against Detroit.

The deficit in this game will not got any lower than 7 or 8 points. It will go back and forth from 7 to 16 points the rest of the game until Cleveland will get bored and simply put them away like a toy they no longer want to play with.

The same thing will happen tonight with another legitimit title contender the Los Angeles Lakers. They will simply demolish the Jazz and crush their hopes like one of the Magic Dancers crushing a walnut by sitting on it.

Meanwhile the Magic struggle against an average team thus proving that they are pretenders, and not contenders.

I would not be surprised to see Philadelphia jump out to an 8 or 10 point lead early tomorrow night folks.

It will be the carry over effect from the last game.

the magic are done, they have a weak mind set, and don't know how to play like champions because they aren't. what good is 59 game winning season if you don't translate that to the playoffs.

Jim,

You have a dilemma my friend. You say that Philly will eliminate the Magic. Yet you promised us that the Magic could beat any team in the NBA except Detroit or Boston. I think you are panicing Jim.

Stick close to the more steady members of the forum Jim. We will get you through the first round without letting you fall completely apart.

Mark I am basing my prediction after analyzing statistical data and doing thorough research on both of these teams.

I have thus concluded that the Magic will indeed lose this first round playoff series against the Philadelphia 76ers.

And what makes this an even more easy prediction is the fact that the Magic lost game 1.

And not only did they lose it they absolutely choked in doing so.

Mentally there is no way they come back from something so tragic as that.

This is an easy call to make...Philly in 6 folks.

So when they win tomorrow how will you justify that statement then?
