Hmmmm, let's see how many more phrases rhyme with Blue and White:

Blue and White...gang fight
Blue and White...twelfth night
Blue and White...flea bite
Blue and White...bomb site
Blue and White...sunny delight

Oh yeah, Marshall can still shoot.

Yeah. I agree, Mikey. A fat guy in a goatee who gets winded walking a flight of stairs is whom I trust to explain why professional athletes don't perform up to a fan's expectations.

Well, there's lots of blame to go round, but here's a no-too-strange coincident:

With 1:12 left in the third quarter, the Magic have a 16 point lead at 61-77. J.J. Redick enters the game for Courtney Lee.

With 6:54 left in the fourth quarter the Magic's lead is down to 6 at 78-84. Courtney Lee enters the game for J.J. Redick

The start of Philly's turnaround came when JJ entered the game. The Sixers were running around him, running through him, and he couldn't score. It was ridiculous.

He caused the collapse.

And I blame SVG for putting him in ... or whoever forces SVG to play Redick.

Keep playing him and we will lose.

I have a REAL hard time blaming ONE player for a loss like that. Reddick?? Seriously? That's gotta be a joke.. right? By your own logic when Lee entered the game with plenty of time left in the fourth we should have pulled out a victory.

This was an embarrassing loss, taking nothing away from the Sixers they just honestly aren't as good as us... or shouldn't be. I hope that we can turn a negative into a positive and come back as the team we all saw throughout the regular season and close out this series as our record says that we should.

Cautiously optimistic for Wednesday!

This is a soft team that performs well in regular season games, but doesn't have the type of deliberate half court offense for kicking and stratching out playoff wins. Its a whole different style of play and the magic are in trouble.

Mike, I've never agreed with you more. The Magic have been heartless for a few seasons now. No doubt that they are a good team. But good teams only win in the regular season. Great teams, on the other hand, win in the post season and when they get an inferior team down by double digits, they KEEP them down.

There was a Magic game yesterday? I guess a few years ago I lost my intensity and focus for the Magic. Reading this column certainly doesn't incite me to regain that intensity!
Thanks, another couple hours gained to do something other than sitting on my butt watching TV.

Can you believe a bunch of overpaid characters going for respect have problems with focus?

Like usual, the laugh is on the stupid taxpayers pandering to those yoyos.

Well, well Mr. Bianchi,he who blasted the Cavs and the city of Cleveland so often this year to quote Tony Montana in "Scarface" look at you now. Orlando will continue to struggle in the playoffs,as long as they continue to ignore Dwight Howard, and fall in love with the three point shot. The Cavalier team, who you stated in your April 4th column that the Magic will definetly beat, would never blow at big lead at home in the fourth quarter to an inferior team. I suggest that you tell Mr. Van Gundy to take the team to the best hospital down there ,to get an collective team hear transplant. Oh by the way, regarding your contention that LeBron is leaving here after 2010,good wishful thinking on your part, but don't count on it.

And your point is, what? That you sit on your fat @$$ and complain about the Magic because they lost one lousy game? The Magic have the most ignorant, fair weather following fan base in the NBA.. And you prove that point.

Wow, so is fatty Bianchi jumping off the Magic bandwagon now? Or is this just another one of his columns meant to rile people up and draw comments. Your parents must be so proud, Mike.

Regardless, Orlando views you as something of a joke - a Skip Bayless or a Stephen A. Smith type. Leave the real journalism to the real writers. You're pathetic....

Being in that arena last night at the end was painful. It was the among the most enthusiastic crowds I've seen there in years, it's a shame to be let down. I too am cautiously optimistic for Wednesday.

It was a team failure, not on any one's head. Execution left the building in the 4th.

However, if Turkeyboo drives the lane one more time, with his head down and the full intention from the start to simply bounce the ball out of bounds while throwing his arms around in dramatic fashion as if he's been shot, trying to draw a foul.......

I for one am also upset over the lackless effort our team put on last night made me sick to my stomach. I am not going to turn my back on them though like most have after one game. Do you think that the bulls will sweep boston now too? One game best of seven.... look at turk and lewis numbers come on people put the pitch forks away

When Dwight has big scoring early and the 24 million dollar forwards choke while forgetting to play defense, it's going to be a long night.

Kev you bring up what I think is the key issue. The impact of the loss of Jameer Nelson showed this same ugly head late in the regular season against Boston, almost lost a lead at the end. Missing your QB at the point position shows up big in the 4th when execution, ball control, and closing out games becomes key.

Turned off the game when the score was like 78-61 because I thought it was over! I was SHOCKED to hear the Magic blew another lead like that! Crazy - but that's the Magic for you!
