KOBE is the best player in the NBA.. Everyone is waiting for him to just slip up so they can shoot him down. He's human... He wasn't guarding Iguodala, Trevor was. It doesn't matter if he's not the ..#1 point scorer of the game, but everyone wants to see him play, even when the Lakers play out of town, those stadiums are packed (sell-out crowds), not that the fans love their team so much, they want to see KOBE & his team get down..... Win or Loose. 2009 has been sell-out crowds when these teams play the Lakers, and LaBron James will never be a Kobe Bryant..I don't care how many points he scores a game. LeBron has not mastered this game like KOBE!!!! He's competing with Kobe. Kobe is doin' KOBE..... Kobe is exciting to watch vs Micheal Jordon who was also a great player, but he wasn't exciting to watch. More females watch Basketball now then they did back in the 80's and 90's because they like Kobe and the Lakers and that's real.....Get'em KOBE !!!!!!!

Hey Show Me Dude, for one, the ALLCAPS comment just tells me and everyone else you're and impotent fool who doesn't truly understand the game. Mistakes happen. Kobe's response is that of a professional basketball player and a professional to say the least. The Lakers are fine tuning their playoff strategies and they will win the championship this year! Jordan is Jordan and Kobe is Kobe, TWO different individuals. Helloooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooo!!!!

Per Bryant's comments - "Do I look concerned? No, I'm not concerned," Kobe Bryant said.
"It's a good lesson for us that I would rather learn now than down the road." KOBE - WAKE THE %&^ UP! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE LEADER AND YOU DID NOT ACT THE PART, DUDE!! YOU ALL CAME OUT OF THE HUDDLE WITH AN IDEA WHAT TO DO, BUT YOU ALL DID NOT COME OUT WITH A PLAN TO PLAY OUT THAT LAST 5.6 SECONDS, IDIOTS!!(SPACE CADET ARIZA WAS EXACTLY THAT - WHAT THE HELL WAS HE THINKING???????) KOBE, LET'S FACE IT - YOU ARE NOT AND WILL NEVER BE A LEADER LIKE JORDAN WAS - THAT'S FOR DAMN SURE.......JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET YOUR TEAM PUMPED UP - TOO BUSY PATTING YOURSELF IN THE BACK DURING BREAKS, INSTEAD OF INSTILLING LIFE TO THOSE LIFELESS TEAM OF YOURS...WEAK, JUST WEAK.....NOT THIS YEAR, BOYS - NOT THIS YEAR AND NEVER UNTIL SOMEONE TAKE THE ROLE OF A LEADER AND ORCHESTRATES THE GAMES LIKE LEADERS DO.

when did kobe ever compare himself to MJ?
That is all media manufactured. Everyone has a bad day. Step off a brotha's jock will ya?
Kobe compare himself to MJ?
are you blind and deaf?
BLINDFOLD yourself the next time you hear a Kobe interview and then IMMEDIATELY listen to a Jordan interview on Youtube. Their voices, completely IDENTICAL! I guarantee you, NOBODY can tell the difference between both guys Deeeeeep voices. And Kobe's inflection, his tone, everything, including how he pauses like he's gonna say something really important but which ends up being the same idiotic cliches, its all MJ. And since Kobe came after MJ, well you can tell who's copying who!

But you're right about Media manufactured. Most of the hype surrounding the nba is media manufactured. Magic versus Bird, Magic versus MJ, Kobe versus Lebron. Celtics versus Lakers, thats all media manufactured because that creates buzz which in turn generates interest and that translates into dollars.

what else do you expect from a fake sport played by freaks with an over active pituitary gland?

Why do you always say that? lol

They sound nothing alike, atleast I can discern between the 2 so your "guarantee" is null and void squirt. They do have a similar playing style. On the other hand, if you detest basketball so much, perhaps you shouldn't watch it and frequent a basketball forum? Just a thought...

But thanks for the economic lesson...

Your powers of deductive logic are astounding...

were you a mathematician before you were an imbecile?

Le Bron James'twin made the buzzer beater!
If the lakers only had Will Smith's twin, Robert Horry, then they would have had the buzzer beater instead!
So you think kobe sounds like MJ and You think horry looks like Will Smith?

So Who exactly is Blind and deaf here?

Anyhow,, would it matter who took the final shot?
Theyre all people with overactive pituitary glands playing in a "fake sport" as you put it anyway right?

C'mon, face it: Youre a fan, but youre a KOBE HATER....Gotcha'!
