ESPN Magazine's "The Body Issue" hit newsstands on Friday, and is turning a lot of heads.

Move over Sports Illustrated... ESPN Magazine's, "The Body Issue" , is sure to give those scantily-clad swimsuit models, a run for their money! The new issue, which hit newsstands on Friday, is a "celebration of athletes' amazing bodies", according to ESPN's website.

I think it is to show beautiful athletic bodies. I mean, if someone finds them sexy, then I think that is their personal thoughts. I find them beautiful. The body is a sanctuary.

I think the issue is GREAT!!!! there is nothing wrong with showing what training and hard work can do.CONGRATULATIONS to all in the magazine!

I think the photos are tasteful and show the variety of body styles that athletes have. They are proof that not all beautiful bodies are 38-24-38!!!!

My son subscribes to the magazine. I looked through the issue as always for the articles. I loved the issue! The athletes are beautiful and work extremely hard for their bodies, they should be proud to show it! Since I'm a Dwight Howard fan it was especially nice to see him. My husband, however, din't share my opinion of the issue. I say "CONGATULATIONS" ESPN,but, next time how about Brady Quinn or Michael Jordan?!
