I guess El Paso will become known as the re-hab of bad character coaches. Don't worry no one will want to take Floyd or Price.

What a loser's statement by El Paso Times: "the school and the city are fortunate that Tim Floyd agreed to take on the job". Fortunate -- really? How so? Does UTEP reputation hangs now on two El Paso saviors? Natalicio and Floyd (and not necessarily in that order)? Does El Paso's economy and cultural richness depend on Natalicio, Price, and now Floyd?
Coming from the editorial board of the El Paso Times, this statement shows the narrowness of thinking of the El Paso leadership.
Let's see; what do Natalicio, Price, and Floyd have in common? Perhaps bending the rules to the point of performing illegal deeds?
Remember Prof Marsaglia's incident at UTEP a few years ago? Natalicio denied tenure because, it was alleged, Marsaglia accused Natalicio's boyfriend of harrasment? And the incidents involving Price? And now the incidents involving Floyd? UTEP seems to be a mecca for redemption, and El Pasoans are so gullible and desperate for saviors that they will welcome their saviors w/o any concerns for the message that they send to the rest of the nation.
