Kahn is impossible to figure, but the "Play Al and keep Kevin on the bench" approach to showcasing a player rather than committing to him raises the outside possibility that it is Flynn, not Sessions, who will be traded. I, for one, would be happy with that. Flynn, for two, might be, as well.

this is like watching a ship sink.
you have mortgaged yourself with all the point guards.
do you think any gm with a brain is going to offer you anything
good or an expiring contract ? NO your going to get an over paid player
in the middle of their contract with his salary going up.
i'm sorry but you are a joke of a gm

This Kahn character must have gone to Rasmusen college for his "how to kill a basketball team" business degree. i've never been so pissed at an organization before. So close to rooting for a WI team.

The NBA is becoming the WWF or whatever they call it now. With the James fiasco.Everything Sensationalized Programing Network now reporting Chris Paul wants to be traded so he can play for the Knicks. So next year Anthony can join Stoudimiare and himself on another SUPER TEAM! Maybe the NBA should only have 4 or 5 SUPER TEAMS.Then they can see how much money there is to go around.

As far as the Twolves go ??????????

Haaaaa...Another point-guard that isn't that good! Pure genius, Kahn. Run 4-point guards + slow Kevin Love. Good luck filling the seats.

Don't worry. I hear they're already taking a close look at 3 more point guards in next year's draft.

Read the writing on the wall folks: Kahn is telegraphing you pretty plainly that Rubio is never coming to play for the Wolves, Flynn isn't working out, they traded away the third point guard, and Ellington didn't work out as hoped for.

In short, even this over-matched and out-witted GM is admitting his first draft was a bust. A utter and complete failure.

This is an astounding admission when you consider how bad he is at evaluating talent and making moves. Even he is admitting he has failed completely!

Actually, that should have been "An utter and complete failure."

Regardless, he seems to be moving to accumulate slow 7' centers now. Mirroring the McHale philosophy of being obessed with slow big men.

Kahn's next trade: Wolves give up 2 #1 picks in 2011 and 2012, a slow Power Forward, and lame point guard for another slow 7' center from Europe with a huge 7 year $150 million contract, and two 2nd round 'future' picks.

Anyone think it's worth taking a flyer on Tracy McGrady? NBA.com still lists him as available. I know he's had trouble being productive the last couple years. What do y'all think?

Well hope Kahn knows what he is doing. Changes needed to be made thats for sure and its still going to take time, but I am hopeful.
