How about trading haslem and beasley to toronto for bosh. Seeing that houston might need a backup center with dikembe retiring and getting through the first round without tmac, trade blount and o'neal for Tmac. And that will leave u room to sign free agents like andre miller. Think about it?

Honestly if It were up to me every player on this heat team would be traded with the exception of wade and O'neal. I'll say haslem cause i know we have alot of haslem lovers out there.(Even though i think he's only a good player in miami and he would come off the bench anywhere else). THis whole team needs an overhaul. The young players on this team have no upside, no potential, no star qualities. You wanna talk about the dolphins drafting bad. This heat team hasn't drafted well the past 10 seasons with the exception of wade!(Rile really wanted Kaman by the way)! The team above can win and compete. Instant contender. You can also draft a kid like Power forward Ahmad nivins out of st josph in the second round to replace UD. Ok I know u guys are going to have comments. Good or bad what do u think?

The salaries of simply beasley for bosh does not work. There would have to be another player added by the heat. trading haslem and beasley might work. The contracts of haslem and blount for bosh would work instantly but the question is would raptors want blount? If the heat would do a haslem and blount for bosh and convince the raptors that both of those players contracts end for 2010, they might listen. Then it would work out well for the heat who would be able to keep beasley But in all likelyhood a beasley and haslem for bosh makes alot of sense. I think the raptors would go for that. As for O'neal for Tmac I think that would be a good trade trade. Both of those players salaries match. BOth of those players have there contracts ending in 2010. The blount contract is what's killing the heat at the moment. How can u sign a player like that for that much money is beyond me. THe heat this offseason is about 3.8mil to 5mil under the cap. That's very little room to do anything. It also has alot to do with what they will do with Luther Head's contract. They will be 41mil under by 2010. But why wait till then to trade for bosh. IF u can get him now and sign him and wade to extensions u can still add another player in 2010. The likelihood of getting andre miller is slim too. I'd say maybe a kyle lowry if the rockets decide to not pick up his option. In any case the heat need to be smart this offseason. This team is not very good right now. I still don't see a future point guard in chalmers. So trading for some talent right now makes sense. Then u can add more in 2010.

This is not a bad year not to have a 1st round draft pick. This team does not need anymore younger players who will ride the bench and take up space. We need complimentary pieces with NBA starting experience. With Beasley, Wade, Chalmers we have some youth right there.

I thought u understood basketball. No offense but why would raptors take blount and wright? Don't u think that the raptors would know they will be making us better if we had Bosh and beasley on the same team? Does haslem equal the talent level that bosh has? I think the heat could trade Oneal and moon for Lebron James and Mo Williams. The money works and its a win win for both clubs.

Then trade blount and Beasley for Chris Bosh. Its a sacrifice but the heat will be better in the long run.

FELLAS--------NEXT Summer we have the most cap space of any team and can outright sign any player w/o a trade besides wade and keeping beasley. WHY WOULD WE GET RID OF BEAS 1 yr early?? Why would the raptors trade bosh and not expect beasley? You're making up these numbers not even knowing if the heat have that type of money. Honestly the heat hurt themselves with this trade with marion for o'neal, more then help themselves. They should have kept marion. They would have been able to go after some good free agents this year with marion's contract expiring. THey could even have re-sign marion for less money and still sign a good player to help wade out. Maybe even go after ANDRE MILLER and make a run at LAMARCUS ALDRIDGE who is a restricted free agent this summer and still sign wade to an extension. They would still have money for 2010 cause blount and haslem contracts expire. Carlos You seem to be a big heat fan but that's how these things work my friend. Put yourself in the raptors shoes. Would you really take blount and cook and give up your best player for those guys? Or would you want beasley in the mix. Well I all I have to say is I love wade, But he has been hurt a lot and if they needs to rebuild then I am over it already leave because it has taken some times 4 ever to get a ring he has one already as for the whole contender I understand that he wants to be a contender but if you want quality it takes time. However, I will say this wade I would love for miami to be on top again but there is no need to get players for a year to win a championship then that it half of them are hurt and beat down no we need to get young strong players if you want to be on top and stay on top.so to all the people that making comments on the trade I am not I leave that to the business minds and the coaches as fan I say just have patients and it will come just like that other champaionship
