A lot of us would leave. However, those of us that pay our bills and own houses cannot sell them at the value we need. And this is because we are in a city full of lowlifes who would rather have a foreclosure then pay the bills. We can all thank the worthless citizen's of Memfrica for that.

Why people, why does everything have to be about race? Wrong is wrong and it does not wear a color...I'm just sitting here reading all of this pure ignorance and it really saddens me that so many people are still are so stuck on stupid and unfortunately, ignorance is born every day. Sadly, many of us are our own worst enemy and keep ourselves down by belittling ourselves to this type of stupidity.

Randolph's behavior has nothing to do with the color of his skin and those of you that make these remarks based upon race are well, I wont go into name calling because my mother raised me better than that. Unfortunately, in this messed up society of ours so many still allow race to be a product of their ignorance and some are too stupid to realize that is not about your race or socio economic status but its about the mentality that you allow to limit you. Blacks, whites, Asians, all have their flaws and if we realized how much we could actually learn from each other, you would be amazed at the amount of progress this country would make. We are different for a reason but many of us are still stuck on the same stupid bull-ish ignorance...and that my dear, has no color to it!

Have you tried selling a house in Memphis? probably not. It is much harder than those who are happy in the mess or apartment dwellers. Most time homeowners who just can't take it anymore just move and leave house on the market or rent it out(in fear of it being destroyed might I add). So The people who are griping are looking for a way out.. believe me

No worries. It is probably an apartment dweller. Have no idea how the housing buying and selling process works because never could qualify for something than 80/20 split or rent to own.

Seriously, you know nothing about me or what I own or as you think rent. I have owned my home for 3 years. I do infact own a home in Memphis, Tn and I am very pleased. Every city has problems but if I was that unhappy or felt that scared to live in a city I sure as hell would not stay. Think what you want but this is not something (crime rate) that happened over night so maybe you should have done a little more research before purchasing a house here to begin with.

Yes.. you do own a home in Memphis. And you don't live in it because of what? WOW!!! Three whole yrs. Any equity yet? I purchased a home in Memphis because that is what you do when you have a job worth having and they assist you w/relocation. Instead of renting with a job move/family. You can't raise kids in apartments, well you can.. but I wasn't going to.

I'm so sick of hearing about stuff like this. We as black people, need to let "thug life" bull sh!t alone. If this is true, why would he do such a thing? Does he realize how many constructive things he could do with all that money he's making? He could set him and his WHOLE FAMILY up for generations to come, instead of falling in the trap of the so called fast life. Does he know about all the other NBA stars who squandered away millions during their career, only to end up broke and destitute in their mid to late 40's? A lot of people just don't get it. The pitfalls of being a successful drug dealer is, the more money you make, the bigger a target you become. If that's not a catch 22 situation, I don't know what is. It's just not worth it. I really, really hope this is not true.

Well at least it wasn't cocaine, meth, pain pills etc.(the more harmful drugs that tear up peoples lives/homes).
He did pay or help pay 15 people"s MLGW bill in Jan 2010. It could have been drug money, but some good was done with it. At least he wasn't being selfish.

Must commend you for that one. Seriously. There are 25 yr olds that haven't moved out of the house yet. Please get more people on board w/you for homeownership...notice I didn't say what city. But that is quite the achievement or accomplishment for anyone.

P.S. Regarding leaving Memphis, the trick is not the leaving part. The trick is finding some idiot willing to buy your home in Memphis. I've been searching for that idiot for some time now.
Bull. it aint that hard to do. Sell it to one of us Memphricans we'll buy it. I love living in memphis.

P.S. A real man would never forget where he came from be it the ghetto or the suburbs. JERK!!!!!!!!!!
