Lmao. News flash and update for you WB. Jamal Magloire had a press conference today and was named Ambassador of community services. Good role for a Toronto Kid but what a way to retire.

Glad you spoke up on this issue, cuz Colt McCoy is getting the same shaft here.

<quoted text>Wow that sucks for the Steelers. Charlie Batch is better than Sandwich and I think the Ravens will beat them this sunday. Even though it's in Pittsburg and the Ravens defense is not what it once was, I still think the Ravens will win. Maybe Ben will come back for that game in Baltimore. I hate to see him get hurt because that was going to be the game of the week.
I know he hasn't played for quite a while but, never count Leftwich out:

He played in the MAC and I've never forgotten this kid.

I'll be real honest here B, Colt McCoy is talented but, physically, he's still a boy. He doesnt really have arm strength or accuracy long distance and he gets pounded out there like no one Ive seen. I mean, he looks like a pinball. It might be safer for him to hold a clip[ board, learn a little more and hit the weight room awhile longer. Granted, Colt didnt have Richardson in the back field and the offensive line wasnt as weak, Weeden still looks a little more 'ready' than does Colt IMO.

Timothy Tebow on the other hand, has demonstrated that he can pull divine victories outta his butt crack and the Jets arent winning sh!it anyway. Give him atleast a shot especially now that his own players have been dogging him.

Well, thats college B. The NFL is another level and in here, he's shown that he has arm strength but no accuracy, slow release and poor leadership skills The biggest concern with him and the Steelers is that he doesnt fit ( or at least I think) Todd Haley's offense. They have little time to figure it out but, its pretty likely theyll employ a heavy ground attack vs a Ravens 26th? ranked rush D.

<quoted text>I don't think Gruden is coming back to coaching because he is already loving his easy mondy night gig. I wouldn't mind seeing him coach again because the faces he made were classic Chucky lol. I think coaches like him and Cowher may be done with coach, but I have been wrong before. As for the time mangement problems, that was almost a brain fart for them and I don't expect that to happen again. I would have had Brady throw the ball also when they were driving to put up td to seal it at the end.
No, Gruden already said he would return to coaching someday, he loves it too much and really misses it. He knows he's at the top of several lists and that teams and fans are salivating at the mouth.

Rumor has it that he's secretly assembling a coaching staff for his return. Im really thinking the Philly Eagles when Reid is canned.

I know Weeden has the arm. That's all I hear about here. As for Colt getting pounded, where's the O line?

Agree about Tebow. Not liking the way his team is dissing him in public. I like the guy and think he deserves more consideration.

Well him and Junkyard dog(remember him?) can promote the Raps now. I don't know, seems this is the only thing left for some these guys when they are done.

I'm not counting him out. I just know that Batch is a better qb that he is and I wouldn't be shocked if the Steelers lost because of Leftwich. I remember that play from college. He's got some heart.

Wow where the hell was I when he said that? I must have been under a rock like that guy from that Geico commerical lol. I agree with you about him and the Eagles if he decides to go back.

He won't do any better because the Jets have no running game and no weapons besides Keller. Kerly and Hill are still young and the rest are trash lol. Tebow will be traded next year and I hope it's to the Jaguars because they need someone like him. I don't like to see the teammates dogging him, but at the same time I'm not shocked at all. I agree with you about Colt. Weeden has more upside than him and has a stronger arm. Browns are headed in the right direction and they are a young team.

Sorry B, without Ben the Steelers wouldn't win 8 games lol. When him under center they have a 90&% chance of making the playoffs easily. Ben is a elite qb and you can replace what he does overall. The Steelers will run the ball more since he will be out and there is a reason why they are 2nd stringer lol.

You all know B by now, she's been known to root for the underdog player. She follows more teams than you know about. Just give em a chance. Remember when TB got his chance???

wow ... nobody ever asks, they just assume I'm a bad person.

It started out because I look like the lady on the show "Bewitched" and my name is Samantha. Plus, my house number might have a lot to do with it.(totally a lucky number, not a bad one ... so far)

If you think of another moniker, let me know. I'd be happy to switch, because I think a lot of newer posters get the wrong idea.

Are you going to stay with Sammy, Pert or whatever? Just kidding, luv ya the way you are! I thought of Gisele, but didn't want to piss women off with my harsh remarks (nothing against her husband). LOL

Seriously, I have been thinking of changing the moniker.

Thats not true. I asked you 5 years 37 days and 16 hours ago in the NFL Forum?!? LOL

Who cares what the newer people or anyone thinks? I chose the Water Boy after I saw guys trying to act bad with tough sounding names. Its much more humilating to be defeated by a wimpy water boy than a 230 lb athlete! haha!

Also, I wish that Lucky number of yours helped us in the SuperBOWLS :)

Wow so we have an Elzabeth Montgomery look a like on our hands. She was a hottie in the day. She still alive? I can still hear her DARREN. And Doctor Bombay and his genie hat. No leave the moniker, it will give some idea of what you look like when you comment.lol. Only one guy out of our bunch revealed his looks, that was Lakers 355 who sadly disappeared. We have something in common. Similar names. My middle name is Samuel but many call me Sam. Lmao @Gisele
