Remember that play against the Knicks when Phil Jackson KNEW the Knicks would concentrate on Mike? Jackson devised a play where Mike drove and gave the ball to Wennington for an "EASY" slam dunk? Vinny is miles away from devising such plays. I have never seen a coach who calls a time-out like Vinny and gets crap out of his plays. This team's lack of execution down the stretch is KILLING THEM!!!

My other point- there is no fr-eaking way your CAPTAIN(Hinrich) is supposed to be missing 2! free-throws at the end of the game, couple that with his turnovers and miscues are indefensible. I like Hinrich, but he does not play like a veteran at times.

I hope this team(as a whole) starts to learn from their mistakes very soon. <sigh> I guess it's all a learning experience.

rose and hinrich loss the game tonite being selfish,rose can't gaurd a statue,hinrich rushed a three point shot on a fast break, rose missed a easy layup and stacey king and neil funk didn't say nothing bad, if that was tyrus or noah, that had made those dumb plays they would have dogged them to no end.Don't get me wrong i think rose is going to be a dog but he has to work on passing and his d, if he could lob the ball to tyrus and noah on those pick and rolls he could have 10 assists a game

Look, I like Ben Gordon. I really do. But there are some nights he just doesn't have it. For Del Negro to play him 44 minutes on one of those nights -- regardless of Salmons' availability -- is just unconscionable. And I don't want to hear about Gordon's shot to tie the game. It was his only field goal of the fourth quarter. And if Gordon hadn't been in the game in the first place, he never would have had the chance for a game-tying shot because they never would've been behind. He came out of the game at the 8:03 mark of the fourth, Bulls ahead 87-85. He re-entered at 6:48 -- just 1:15 later -- with the Bulls up 95-87, and it all fell apart from there.

Hey, Vinny, you're short-handed. How about playing Joakim Noah some actual minutes, especially in the fourth? Second straight game you've had him stapled to the bench in crunch time. It's bad enough you can't design a play, but you also have no idea who your most effective players are. Absolutely disgusting.

I hate to see people criticize Rose with missing layup or game winning shot. Just think about it, without his 24 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists and Salmons out for injury, Bulls was not even close for the competition tonight. Our rookie has already contributed a great deal. So, stop blaming on Rose. For the rest of the games, Rose really needs to be aggressive, attacking the basket, and get the foul calls. Good thing is that we have 5 home games left, and the referee might be more fair to
call the fouls if Rose get fouled. Go Bulls! Play hard and make it to playoff.

Sorry Elaine. If you asked Rose I'm sure he'd admit his missing 2 CRITICAL lay-ups at the end of the last 2 games is inexcusible. We all understand that every night is a learning experience for him. but you cannot miss gimme lay-ups, and NOT EXPECT them to come back and haunt your team. This team has serious problems closing out games.

I hope all these close games they are blowing doesn't come back to bite them in the backside.

Hmmm. . . back to back losses to powerhouses Indiana and Toronto. Seems like the Bulls are looking to take the rest of the year off. With the Sox starting a career .214 hitter in CF and the Bears unable to land a quality QB, the 09 sports year looks bleaker and bleaker.

Rose played his heart out ! We need the NBA's attention to our games, Rose is getting mugged everytime he drives & Gordon as well. Something has to be done, the Bulls get a no call on their end, but always gets called for a touch fouls.

Gordon played like trash yesterday, he missed some open shots & he passed up some good looks, he looks a little burned out, but so did all the Bulls players. Vinny always talks about how the guys battled, but never takes responsiblity for bad coaching decisions. Why is Noah sitting so much in the 4th quarter, where we need stops & rebounds. Miller is a smart player, but does not have the speed & talent to stay in front of these younger bigs. Our guards are not great defenders, but when they send their man into the middle where the help defense is suppose to be, guards go right at Miller. Miller is not going to block shots at all.

On the Pacers final possesion, why was Rose on Ford. Hinrich should have been guarding him, Gordon had Jack, put Rose on Rush, the Pacers were not going to him for the final shot, even though the game should have been over at the 2 minute mark.

Tim Thomas needs to step up, he can shoot but he needs to realize he is 6'10 and he can grab rebounds.

tyrus played a good game why is everybody always hard on tyrus? He makes some bone head plays but so does miller,hinrich,rose,and everybody esle,he plays he butt off and deserves to take some shots,yeah he takes bad shots so does everybody esle, one thing is for sure he won't miss a wide open layup on a fast break!

Hey I have PTSD so your going to get a professional rant. Go! These last two games are Paxson losses. The team does not have enough quality players to put on the floor. Remember we gave away Thabo to "save" a million, that guy who could play pg,sg,sf..... Well, Pax if we don't make the playoffs, the Bulls lose about 8 million dollars worth of revenue for the two games at home along with TV. Don'd worry, Jerry will be watching Buehrle and the Sox by then and maybe he won't notice.... And now about blaming Rose and Hinrich, are you guys NUTS. Yeah I am, but Gordon before his last two shots was 4 for 16, that's 25 percent, 2/2 and a MINUS 13. Rose is 24/11/6 with NO TURNOVERS and Kirk is 20/7/7 playing a lot larger guy for the whole game. And I read a recent article that says Gordon is the 14th best, last shot guy so he isn't really that good.... Finally, I read alot of posts that don't even mention Ben and what's that about, oh yeah, speak no evil....
