He is no where near one of the best JUMP SHOOTERS of all time
Larry Bird mainly shot flat-footed and he is one of the all time best "shooters" but is not a "jump shooter". Get it? The thread is titled "shooters" and you start arguing "jump shooters". Sheeesh.

Larry is an actual shooter. He could shoot from any where on the court. He had a high free throw and 3 point %.

Lebron actually had to work on his shots in the paint, they have hardly been his "bread and butter". He was mainly a perimeter guy up until a couple years ago. Perimeter shots still a huge part of his game. Talk about trolling. Go back to playing soccer.
I said earlier that LBJ has developed a decent "J" over the last season or two and specifically THIS season. 1 bloody season doesn't mean you're on par with the greatest shooters of the last 20 years who did it their entire careers at a consistent level.

Why don't you go back and do a career "jump shot percentage" for LBJ and see how that works for you? What LBJ is doing currently is phenomenal and if he can keep up this percentage or stay near it for at least a few more years then we can talk greatest of his era or even the last 20+ years but right now no as one year is good, to do it for a career is great.

I'll go back to soccer talk when you can add something intelligent to a debate instead of just being a constant inflammatory instigator. Needless to say, I'm here to stay as we both know that ain't never going to happen right "heat fan"?=P

FG% at nearly 50% is not bad but what Sol'n and Jus is talking about is jump shots that would be Ray Allen, S.Curry, KD, Dirk, Jerry West,Steve Kerr et al.

Based on PAR it is LBJ by far, he is the NBA's best ever. This PAR is based on pts, rebs and assissts.
Ginobili you need to get off Lebron dick lol.I wouldn't even say that lol.Lebron a shooter who is getting better and continues to improve but there are guys who we great at day one.I have Reggie Miller,Ray Allen,Curry,Irving and Durant. Its crazy how guys like Curry and Irving who can shoot the 3 or mid range shot.I like Kyle Korver,Kerr,Peja,Dirk,Ben Gordon and I like Nash.I would even put Kobe as a top 15 or 20 on my list because he is mostly a jump shooter.

By the time it is done and said, Curry will be the greatest shooter of all time unless his team mate Klay Thompson beats him.

The two have amazing strokes. If we include lay-ups, short range ,mid-range, three-points, dunks, assists and rebounds it has to be LBJ. For Three pts and mid range--Stephen and Klay.

lebron is not that great of a shooter, he is one of the best the games ever had no doubt, but his j isn't as consistent as kobe's or reggies,or ray rays, as all around, he is the best, and this man is only shooting 75 percent from the line, he needs to get that fixed if he wants to be a great shooter

For three pt shots it has to be Ray Allen for now, he has made more in the regular season than anyone and he has made more in the playoffs than anyone.
And his 3 pt average is above 40% for both playoffs and regular seasons. The number that really counts is scoring, that would be Wilt and MJ. LBJ is in the top five in scoring and is a complete player.
