Does he understand what it means to this city in regards to whether or not he stays here in 2 years?

He might.....but I'm sure he doesn't care.

LeBron is not going to play in Europe. He may leave Cleveland, so enjoy the next 2 years instead of griping about what might happen later. I think he is a great representative of our country and our little neck of the woods here in Akron.

LeBron's a classy guy who's been great for Cleveland and if he leaves, it's not his fault. 7 years or whatever was plenty of time for our bumbleheads in the front office to get him some help.

It took Jordan 7 years to win it. Its not exactly easy to throw a championship team together, especially today when players have absolutely no loyalty to their team.

he just"thinks" he understand..the only way for him to understand is to put $$ signs around it.I always thought that the Olympics were for "amatures" not high paid pro players to take on the world...lets go back to the old way and play as the Greeks started this.

LeBron doesn't "owe" Akron or Cleveland a damn thing. For those of you living under a rock, and or those of you who believe the WWE is "real" ... here's a shocker: The NBA is a business. It's about making money, period.

LeBron James was "hired" by the Cleveland Cavaliers, Inc. and has clocked in like the rest of his fellow "employees" for seven years.

Now, other companies have shown strong interest in hiring LeBron... so here's the deal. If you want to keep your best "employee" --- you pay him. DUH!

NOT ONE person bitchin' about LeBron possibly leaving would do things differently if it were them. NOT ONE person bitchin' would stay with their "company" if another company was offering more money to do the same job. NOT ONE person would stop and think, "hey, maybe I owe it to my city or that city to stay..."

Wake up folks... be it Greece, the Nets, the Knicks... other companies are courting LeBron. It's up to Danny Boy what happens next.
