Bill Russell has won the most rings, if we look at rings Bill is the best of all time.

Justin, youre way too young to know aything about Jordan or anything it appears. Do you really think you can make an accurate assessment from You tube and old vhs video's?
The way you hate on Kobe is the way many hated on Jordan. He was deemed a ball hog and had the benefit of the whistle more often than not. Superstars are going to get the calls...Just wait till lebron wins a ring and see for yourself...
MJ is a gentleman; Bryant is a rapist

That's what I'm talkin about!! Jordan was an assassin on the court. Both ends of the court. He could take a game over whenever he wanted. Jordan won an MVP award at age 35 (Kobe won't do that). And he got 6 finals MVP awards. Pretty sure nobody will accomplish that feat. This should not even be a debate. There may be a few players with as much talent as Jordan but he took his talent to a level nobody else has been able to reach.

If KoMe win's a title in the NBA this year I'm committing suicide. I love this game so much until some spoil brat get's other great's screw because he was made.I already hate NFL because their isn't any great defense because all the call's benefit's the Quarter Back they make it impossible to keep a great defense due to these rule's.Plus to may flag's and penalties for me it put's me to sleep.Tom Brady and Kobe Bryant were made by th ref's they are so much alike they are lousy leader's and get to much credit but the thing Tom Brady doe's better then Kobe he keep's his mouth shut,Kobe is a bad teammate and he is really the only person I've ever hated before,he's sneaky, selfish, jerk, and dirty plus a spoil brat.

LBJ the greatest ever took three mediocre teams to the NBA finals and won once. Kobe career PER is 19th all time, he is not even close to MJ or LBJ.

Kobe is deinitely better than MJ, Kobe earns his stats, MJ had the Jordan Rules in his favored. Lebron is better than both of them.

"Ginoboli" is a fat stupid troll. The last 4 comments were his - promoting Lebron AGAIN. It's probably Lebron himself. Does that drug cheat live in San Francisco?

Jordan was a better player than Kobe.. and I'm a Kobe fan and never liked MJ (but now do).

The amount of rings a player wins does NOT make the slightest difference in how good he is. It is a TEAM game.

If a player sat on the bench every single game in his entire career and managed to win 12 championships/rings.. would that make him the best player of all time? NO.

Someone could be the best player ever and still not win a ring if the rest of his team is crap.

Don't you people have any common sense? I can't believe there are idiots who still talk about "rings" all over the internet.

Yea, "Angelinoflake" are annoying and obviously all one person but the problem is Ginobili thinks they're all individuals. He's just one big, living compound lie and should never be taken seriously.

In fact Sammy said it best, just sit back and enjoy the show when it comes to Angelinoflake.

I disagree when talking about rings. It's the ultimate accomplishment and it showed in Jordan's and Kobe's case and all other players that LEAD their teams to championships that they are/were the best and the ring symbolizes that. Yes, team play was necessary but winning a ring is defining especially for the "best" players. The Jazz with Stockton and Malone were great but, they were not the best because Jordan, Pippen and the Bulls were the best because they beat them and won the championship.

I'll ask you this, who was the best player in your opinion who never won an NBA championship? Upon your answer then we can compare them to the best who actually won and you'll then see the difference.

Point is, if you're the best in the NBA, you're going to win a championship and if you don't you simply weren't "the best" because 1 player alone can take over in the NBA and it's not necessarily the case in any other team sports. The only position that can possibly dictate or take over a game is a pitcher in baseball. Other than that, not really.
