I guess people get bored and ask silly questions to get a reaction from the fanz. Well here goes mine, Jr. and Jr. need each other like salt and pepper sit on the table together. One need the other. The end. Had a chance to be part of a dirt late model racing team once. Of whom the driver is now in the "DIRT LATE MODEL HALL OF FAME". Who is it? Jim Curry. Doesnt matter if you know him or not. The point is Jims son Jimmie should be there also. Jimmie was the crew chief and set up the car and Jim drove. They always fought and were never happy about the cars set up, never. But even though Jim drove Jimmie set it up. In fact it used to be Curry and Curry racing. Jimmie helped Jim into the "HALL OF FAME" I have listened to Jr. and Jr. on the incar and over the scanner for a few years. They sound just like the Currys so I will tell you if they keep as focused as they have been lately soon you will see for yourself. One thing I did learn while with them was it was always about the struggle to make the car right and racing it was the test of what they figured it would do and never about any of the distractions that came from racing. When they got caught up in distraction everything went bad. I believe Jr. and Jr. on the doorstep of something good if they stay focused like they have been.

Sometimes I feel like they should split ways. It is not always the best thing to work with family. But most of the time I see their fighting and arguing as determination, desire and passion to win. Tony Jr. wants to be a winning crew chief just as bad as Jr. wants to be a winning/champion race car driver. They'll work out the kinks and start winning soon. I'm thinking the Texas race is gonna be all Jr.

Ya know, I'm not that smart, so I don't understand why Jr and Jr are together that's why I said what I said, I mean, I know those were my words earlier, but that's not what I said, know what I mean?

I hope you are right. Although I do think Jr needs a crew cheif that will put him in his place. Rick picked Chad and Jimmie hated him at first. Now look at them. I really would love to see Jr win some races. He really does need it.

writing this while wearing my #3 hat. Junior has a whole lot of pressure SR never did and that was being SR's son and the face of Nascar. for the numbers to evem be close is a major accomplishment on JR's part. Now lets look at tony JRs Dad thats awful big shoes to fill also. I think they are doing great considering the shoes they both have to fill and experiencing pressures neither of the SR's ever felt. could little E thrive with another crew chief, sure, because at the end of the day he is a talented racecar driver. but the real question is can Tony JR thrive with another driver, I believe he can. little E himself has said that tony jr can win championships and he doesnt want it to be with somebody else.

I see no need at this point why they should split up. Because the car sucked at Atlanta???? They still were inches away from a top ten. There are going to be days in this sport where the car is so bad, your gonna be happy if it doesn't leave the track on the back of a wrecker. I mean, Tony Jr has his moments of sheer stupidity, but hey, don't we all?????

Jr is not his dad. Why are you digging up Sr now? Jr has his own thumbprint and everyone always comparing him to his dad is not fair. Same with the Eurys. If Jr is destined to be as good as his dad he will be. If he's not then thats the way its supposed to be. Geez let the man rest in piece.

sorry there young'n.
no hate here.

we leave that for all you jr lovin' types who devote you entire lives to worshiping someone who doesn't even know of your existence, nor would he care if he did.

i can just picture you and those like you, desperately poking things through chain link fences in hopes that he'll scribble some unintelligible chicken scratch on it.
only to have you pull in back, cradle it gently, and build a shrine for it inside your little room.

so you can't say that for everyone. He get's paid good for chicken scratches as you call it. Guess some of the other chicken scratchers would just love to be bringing in his dough.

There goes another TV fan, once again, equating money to talent. I am sure that Jimmy, Carl and Kyle are more concerned with results, they will leave it up to Joonyer to rake in the T-Shirt money. The sport is called racing and racing is a competition to see who can have the best results, not the corner on the Teeny Booper, "Oh he is so cute" Brigade. Joonyer is an 11 year journeyman driver who has not shown any signs of improvement in the past three years, now how does this lack of improvement equate to championship material. Hendrick needs to split up the Joonyers so that it can be determined if they are individual idiots or just idiots in duet. One thing is for sure, if Joonyer (The supposed driver) does not show vast improvement this year, the Nation will have to look long and hard to find the next big excuse.

Those of you who are of legal drinking, myself included, could play a drinking game with him. Everytime he says "journeyman" or "tshirt sales", we'll take a shot. Within 2 or 3 of his posts, we would all be sh*tfaced and passed out. LOL
