OT- Do you think FB is better than Topix

Oh and as far as maintaining the friendship I have always offered my hand. To anyone. Now if it gets bitten, then I withdraw the hand - for good. Once someone does me wrong and destroys my trust, it's over for good. If they do it once they will do it again. Am I right?
There is only one person on here that I do not trust nor will I ever. And I'm pretty sure everyone knows who I'm talking about. As a rule I try to get along with everyone, even if we disagree at times. Besides if we all agreed all the time, damn this place really would be boring.

Facebook is MySpace's older brother that is just now hitting puberty.

A place originally for students, until the floodgates were opened and a lot of spelling and grammar challenged people flowed onto the site.

The "walmart" myspace or generic myspace. Cheap pointless crap. A place where you add people from your past that you can't remember why you stopped talking to them until you start to speak with them again.

Hi Retro. You are so right about ppl leaving because of some of the fights in these posts. I started 1 year ago got attacked for little things like mis spelling & not using punctuaions correctly. I tried to engage in friendly conversation. Some ppl were very welcoming & friendly, others were just mean & nasty. I refuse to engage in that, I'm a peaceful person. I never mean to offend. now I just check in every once in a while. I think an ignor button would be a great idea. Also getting rid of the nasty icons would be helpful. jmo. Have a great night.

I went back To the beginning of 2006 . This place was brutal even back then . From what I have read it was worse. So people saying it was friendly back in the day are full of it . The proof is right here on the old threads .

This is nothing go back thru the yrs So far I am back to the beginning of 2006 . It is really mild around here .
