no one is good enough to come up yet. Get rid of Juan and Jaime.
Trevor Baine to JGR, Joey to Jaime or Juan's ride. Kurt to the other.
Reutiman to Kurts current ride.

You could get rid of JR, Jeff Gordon, Jeff Burton, Mark Martin, JPM, JJ, and Kasey Kahne...

replace them with the following: Milka Dunna, Jennifer Jo Cobb, Ryan Blaney, and Ken Shraeder.

who needs to get in a better ride? Who has had their chance in good stuff and shown they are not all that?

Trevor Bayne or Ricky Stenhouse to replace Joey and get a better fulltime ride. Joey has had his chance and proved he is NOT "sliced bread"

Joe Gibbs may be the only one who can rein in Kurt Busch
aol.sportingnews.com
Joe Gibbs says he loves Kurt Busch and may consider hiring him for 2013. But why would one of NASCAR's most respected team owners take a chance on the sport's most controversial driver?

this would be cool. Joe runs a school for kids who need a second chance.. he is just what Kurt needs.. will it be a 4th team? or will he repalce Joey or Denny?

And he would have both Busch brothers! That's asking too much!
I don't deny they are both talented drivers, but there are alot of talented drivers who know how keep their tempers under control.

Look at Gibbs past he seems to hire hot heads . Tony's temper was equal if not worst when Kurt's & Gibbs hired him. It would be a hoot if he does hire Kurt & puts him in the 20 car. After all one of the biggest rivalry was Kurt & Tony. Sh!t will hit the fan like it did back when Ernie Ervin replaced Davey Allison after his death.

IMO JGR is more interested in young up & comers they can work with to help develop their potential.
Tony was 28 when he signed with JGR, and I agree, at times he was an owner's nightmare. I'm glad he got 2 championships and proved Joe's faith in him.
While JGR would be a great opportunity for Kurt, he'll be 34 in Aug. I'm just not sure if they're willing to make him an offer.
I think Kurt is performing the best he can with the team, equipment and money he has now, and it's sad to think his best years could be behind him.

Gibbs knows like any long time fan some of the biggest names in the sport were in there 40s before they hit it big time.I think Gibbs realizes Joey should have stayed in NW before putting him in a cup car.Its up to Gibbs & Kurt to decide what is right .
