They say that Tony is looking at this home. It is located northeast of Indianapolis. Read about the garage. It has 10000 sq ft with 300 gal tanks for gas and 300 gal tank for disel. It has a car wash along with a lift that takes cars up to another level. Feel sorry for the seller as they are moving to Hawaii.

I LOVE that indoor pool. As for Tony maybe buying it. Isn't he still building a house or did he stop those plans?

pretty smart of Tony to let them use him for advertising,, maybe he can afford both houses that way, one intown that costs a considerable amount less then the log home being built.. he can always convert that indoor swimming pool into a cement pond.. right?? and there will be room for more of his cars!! maybe he will let his dad live in the one intown, since that is where STR's shop is.

Debi, I guess you're going to apply for the decorating job?

I am certain that you would not be surprised to hear that I would have similar taste in decorating to Tony.. not only do I have Tony racing stuff in several rooms,I have a deer head, a stuffed pheasant, a stuffed Ptarmagin, a fox pelt, a moose antler mounted on a snow show.. if Tony wanted me to arrange his stuff in a cool way, I'd do that for him.. I cannot imagine the cool racing memorabilia that he has..enough to decorate every room I'm sure.. there could be the IRL room, the Late model room, the helmet room, the kitchen could have sheet metal walls!!

Big-14-Fan...they applied for permits in Columbus to build that house you show. I can't see what he would want with the one in Portland but whos knows. 10,000 sq ft garage would be useful.

I had to chuckle as I imagined Tony sliding down that slide into the pool. Also couldn't you just see him hustling around that tennis court? Beautiful home but it seems too ritzy for Tony's taste. The garage would suit him though.

That pool did it for me!! After growing up in NY I've always wanted to say "Merry Christmas kids, now let's go swimming!"

Why would he move to Portland? That doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Maybe he looked at it for ideas for his new home...especially the garage?

Although Portland would be closer to Eldora than Columbus.

What about the giant log cabin? Can't this guy follow through on anything?

I know he loves Indiana, but especialy now that hes going to be on owner,is he not going to be tied to Charlotte most of the time? Maybe in the off season. It is a gorgoeus home though, the pool is awesome, but I really like the way the upstairs hallway is open with a wood bannister.

Why in heaven's name would anyone build a house with FOUR kitchens??? Makes no sense. While the house is beautiful, I'm wondering why it's so cheap. Yes, I said cheap. For the 22 acres alone, there are some areas where the acreage is asking price for that and the house. Heck, in some areas, they're asking $250,000 for a lot of less than an acre.

I'm not so sure tony will be in charlotte so much. I think he'll find someone else to take care of the ownership stuff. He'll work remotely.

It is a steal. My next house purchase is going to be in the south or I'd grab this one if I could.

I think he'd need a bigger garage though. LOL
