Hi Jennifer how are you today. Are the cats fighting. Kertus would do good if drivers would quit wrecking him. I hope he gets back in the 77 soon.

Hi Nannie, how are you? The new cat bit me, and my dad. It hurt. I wanted to cry. Yea,cats still fighting. I know, true, about if drivers would quit wrecking kertus. He gets back in the car in June, I wish I could see him dance. He could teach me how to dance. I haven't seen my crush for 2 weeks now. I gotta see him tomorrow. Why would timothy want to fight kertus? I know he said something to kertus.I hope they didn't fight

No they didn't fight and I think that after he watched the replay he saw it wasn't Kertus's fault. They just get caught up in the moment at the time of the wreck and won't to blame somebody. That will be the end of it. Hope you have a great night and that the cat don't bite you again. Hugs from Nannie

He was upset because he had a car that was off the chain. He was running in the 6th position (and going forward) in his 4th career Busch Series start, and Kertus Davis was a lapped car that took him out early in the race. I'd be mad too if I were in his shoes. I'm getting excited about his run here shortly. He ran a 27.669 in rookie practice, which would have been solidly in the top 10, if not the top 5, and would currently be 19th, but that's without any pick-up. If he picked up half a second (which isn't out of the question, since that's how much his teammate, Clint Bowyer, picked up, along with some others), he would be on the pole. If he picked up 2 tenths, which is more reasonable that half a second, he'd be toward the latter part of the top 10.

Good post! I totally agree with you. Peters can't catch a break. I have followed that kid from carts to Busch and he can flat drive the wheels off anything he gets into. Luck just hasn't shown his face for that kid all year. It'll turn around for him if Childress will give him a chance.

Luck just hasn't shown his face for that kid for his whole career. His luck was just as bad when he drove for Bobby Hamilton. But it's good to see a fellow Peters fan out there, and I'm really gonna be looking forward to the next Nashville race, because there won't be as many Cup regulars as there were in the first race there, and that's either his best or second best track (with Memphis being the possible best track of his). The truck race in 2006 there is the first race I noticed him, and I've been a huge fan ever since. Peters will be a future star in NASCAR, and I think that he will be the 2013 NEXTEL Cup champion.

I like Peters also. I followed him in the truck series and wanted him to win. Maybe at Nashville he will get his chance or some of the other tracks that the cup boys will not be driving.

Nashville in June and Memphis in October are his 2 best chances to win in my opinion.

yea imgald to hear there are peters fans out there...I've been following him for quite some time now too. He's won in almost everything he's been in. I just read on another post that wimmer is replacing him at Richmond this weekend but I don't know how true it is. he's a great driver but he worry's to much about wrecking the equipment he's in. I think if he became more aggresive then he could be a force to be reckoned with. He just needs time and I sure hope Richard gives it to him because I promise he will succeed!!

That's true. I don't know all of the details, but Wimmer is driving the 21 car at Richmond this weekend. I was looking forward to him racing here, as short tracks are usually where he runs the best, and he ran well in the Truck Series there in 2005 before Brendan Gaughan wrecked him.

yea hes out at Lowes to. I heard this from one of his good friends. He said that Timothy was really upset and rightfully so. He will be back at Dover though where he has run really well in the past. I'm sure its hard to stay focused when u run like every two or three races..Best of luck to him though

I personally think it's a good thing that he's out at Lowe's, because he's never really done well at the cookie-cutter tracks, and he probably would have stunk up the show there, like he did at Bristol. But I'm disappointed, because he was originally supposed to race all of the races (except for Darlington) from Bristol through Milwaukee, but he didn't get to race at Talladega, isn't racing here at Richmond, or racing at Lowe's now.

If you don't mind me asking, how do you personally know him (I think I remember you saying that)?

well i leave one mile from south boston speedway and when i was about 12 he started racing there and I started pulling for him. I used to go to the pits after every race and we would talk and so forth. I mean I don't really know him personally now but the last time I saw him when he was driving trucks he still recognized me and talked to me. By the way if was not suppose to run the Talledega race it was just a misprint. But u said he wouldnt do good at Lowes? I really think he would cas in only his third start in the trucks there he was running about 6th when todd bodine took him out so i thought he would do well there. But all he can do is keep his head high...He has some good tracks coming up for him like Dover, Nashville and Milwaukee so things should turn around. It just sucks cause I"m sure its hard running with 25 cup guys every week but he proved in the last race that he could hang with them so thats why i was surprised he was taken out but it is what it is!

He's not getting back in the car until the second Nashville race. Hopefully he won't ruin Peters's good run there too.

He was running 8th, but I believe that was because he was on a different pit strategy as the people in front of him. Regardless, he still would have ran good if Todd Bodine weren't such an idiot and didn't wreck him. He's been wrecked by him at least twice, and I'm just thankful he isn't good enough to get a ride in the Busch Series.
