Every gun owner should join the NRA regardless of party affiliation. The NRA is a centrist non-partisan group and all they ever cared about was preserving the right to own firearms without government control over them. Without the NRA everyone would of already had to register their gun with the Government, which would give them complete control over your guns. Every country that has had firearms registration has gone on to confiscate them. Own a gun...then join the NRA so you can keep that right.
