Dale Jr. Fans:

Why throw away a perfectly good beer?
And when you throw it, you all throw like a BUNCH OF GIRLS...

I've had it. Both Tony and NASCAR have left me feeling like an idiot for giving a dam and wasting a perfectly good afternoon.
Tony let me down. Why not stick to your guns.

I like (and liked) Jr. and Sr., but many of their fans are a little behind the rest of us on the evolutionary ladder. Whenever their driver doesn't win, all they can do is throw things and scream.

I agree, Tony let alot of pple down when he retracted his comments....cause I honestly believe NASCAR does "fix" races with "debris" cautions.....I mean what will a piece of tape, or foam thats out of the racing line do to a race???If Dale Sr. was still here he wouldn't have backed down, infact he'd let it fly with both barrells....

Has Tony learned to keep his cake-hole shut now? I'm SURE that NASCAR arranged for him to be put into the wall today as punishment.

Several arrests were made, I'm curious if the toilet paper thrower was involved in the arrests and will now sue DEI because Dale said it was OK.... Not a bad race today (what I didn't sleep through).

I know one thing I am tired of races finishing like the one today What a letdown. Why not red flag the race as soon as the caution comes out and give the drivers one lap to get in their spots and let the drivers battle it out. Why in the hell does it take so many laps to get a race restarted. My god, It is a 2.66 mile track. It shouldnt take that long for a restart. I don't mean on every caution but maybe within the last ten laps go to a red flag and make sure they get to race to a finish. That ending today sucked a big one. I am not saying this because Gordon won either. He deserved it, he was in the lead when the wreck happened and that is the way it goes. He knows where to be when it matters most. We will never know if he would have held on if they would have finished under green. Congrats Gordon!

Jeff won the race fair and square. He beat everyone else and did nothing questionable. I don't understand the debate. The best car won.

What a ridiculous "sport" where you can win while no one is allowed to pass. Watch a real race sometime, F-1 or motoGP, where the vehicles are state-of-the-art and the racers can compose a coharent sentance.

The fans who throw things at the winner disgrace the driver they say they do care about. What driver would want fans who are so stupid?
