Pep Boys picked an awesome Race car Driver in 2 year in a role Daytona 500 driver Sterling Marlin.
Sterling looked awesome in practice,he was in the top 10 ,and qualified 13th in the All-Star Challenge. He looked focused out there today..Afterall, he has won THIS EVENT 4 Times before,I know he is able to do it again!
When he looks this good this week-end wait til next week, at the same racetrack where he will work even more magic...
You do not need luck Sterling, just do some major ass kicking, this week and next, and til the end of the race season,You are the man!!!!!!!!!!

Funny how things turn out, isn't it? Marlin is gone, and much of it has to do with him. If he had taken this all seriously a few years ago, he'd still be with the Coors Light car and maybe winning some races. Since he left the Kodak #4 car, he's made a ton of personal errors. The #40 was the last time he had a good ride, and he'll never be back. Too bad. He was a very good driver when the multi-car teams weren't dominating the sport.

I am a Sterling fan but admittedly haven't kept up with his career latetly. He's just about fallent off the radar. I went to see him this past fall in the Busch race in Memphis and he was top ten until late in the race and somebody wrecked him. What has been his deal and what has he not taken seriously as to no longer be with Coors Light? He hasn't had a car worth a crap since then. Seems all teams now want a cookie cutter 25 year old 150 lb. no personality driver. Sterling is certainly not any of those.
