McMurray takes victory by inches

Jamie McMurray made a costly mistake early, a dramatic move late and ended a long day of racing in a somewhat unfamiliar spot -- victory lane. Full Story

I was rooting for Gordo, but congrats to Jamie. I like him and he's a good kid.

Too bad Kyle Busch refuses to grow up. Maybe he just needs to shut up for a while.

And what's with Tony Stewart?

I think Jr. will get the same help as Kyle just received. He will be on his own with help from no team member. Jr. will be one man out.

well the plus side is there are many more tracks than not where its not gonna matter whether you have drafting help ..I think Jr. will be a force again with hendrick

I don't recall Jeff ever getting much help from anyone in these type races. I think Kyle and Kurt both need to grow up.

I got so bored that I turned on Talladega Nights: The Legend of Ricky Bobby...then I realized I couldn't tell the difference between the movie and reality.

"Busch then blamed a lack of cooperation from his Hendrick Motorsports teammates for failing to help him win the race."

I would be thankful that Jeff or Jimmy weren't behind him. More than likely either would have bumped into the wall to win rather than help another win. Little E will find out soon enough that neither one of these guys are on the level of Michael Waltrip in terms of character or team mate cooperation.

Congratulations to Jamie Mcmurray. Ya did good Kid. I don't normally spend a lot of time pulling for a Roush car but you had me up on my feet yelling for you. Great Job!

That was a great race. You all should watch out for Kyle Busch. He has a bit of maturing to do but he is a hell of a talent. Jr will have a break out season in 2008. Every Hendricks driver has posted a win this season and Jr. will be free to concentrate on driving the car and not all of the other crap he has been dealing with the last couple of years.
