I was upset that Teresa would run to the Wall Street Journal to do her bitching. I think her being the Car owner if she has a problem she needs to talk to Dale Jr. Not the public. This caused me to lose some respect for her. Now don't come back and say maybe she did talk to Jr. no this did not happen... Now I suppose you can bash me but thats how I feel...............

I agree with you, and even if she did talk to Jr. She should have kept it their business.

She's the employer, he's the employee.

It's a big business that she runs. Going to the wall street journal to be interviewed is a normal thing a busniess person to do.

They will always be tied together in our world as fans, but in the business world there not. He does not own the company she does. No matter what the name of the company is.

Dale Jr. has been given a lot of extra's from the fans and NASCAR because of the tragic death of SR. It's time for us all to get over it, no more favors from NASCAR or the press or NASCAR fans. NASCAR has gave him extra horsepower, let him pass under the yellow line, bump fellow racers with little or no punishment.

It's her team not his, he needs to race or move on

He will race on with or without miss mouth.
I still think she went about this the wrong way.
How can she say he is not racing ?? I was at 10 races last year she sure was not at that many whats
her problem?????

I vote "MOVE ON"......look at the money Kurt Busch got moving from Roush to Penske, Kurt was a freshly crowned champ, Jr has been the people's champ for years.......test the free agency market June Bug, you might like what you see, at least you employer might respect what she's got a little more.....

She's an owner. She doesn't have to go to the races.
As an owner she supplies the the things needed to keep the company solvent. Sponsors, equip. and personal. She does that!

She does make apperences, keeps sponsor commentments
It's her team not ours!
Its refreshing to see someone put people in place and tell them to do there job, not set on the sidelines and micro-manage. If she attended the races and did not conduct herself the way the fans liked, what would we be saying then!
If she got on thew radio and told dale to calm down and and quit yelling at her employees and blaming them for everything not going right what would the fans say about her then?
No she's a very good C.E.O. put the right people in the right position and let them do there jobs. If they can't perform at the level they need to be, then as any business you make adjustments. And your personal needs to be totally commited to one effort and that includes Jr.

So he needs to focus on getting DEI to the level that she wants,or he needs to be replaced with a better driver and a team player.
without NASCAR's favors JR could never win or place as high as he has. He's just not that good of a driver.

Sometimes it's best not to mix family with business.....why do you think Dale Sr. chose to keep driving for RCR instead of himself......

Jr did better than any other drivers she has hired. Why is she not barking and mouthing them? I think she is getting a little intiminated because of all his business deals and
popularity. Let him leave and see what happens.
He certainly can make it without her and she knows it....If I was him I would continue to do whatever I wanted to do and she could take it or tell me to move on...Knowing Junior I believe that is his plan..Go Jr. don't let anyone get you down.....

I don't think there will ever be a combo like SR. and RC. They were freinds and partners for life. The only other combo like that in racing was at the time I thought at the same level was M.Martin & J Roush. that doesn't seem to be the case now.

But SR & RC did have a special relationship, I don't doubt when SR racing days were over he would have been in charge at DEI seperate from RC.
That was a very speical situation. DEI and JR. doesn't have that relationship and never will.

This is a woman who made millions of dollars cultivating the image of Dale Earnhardt Sr.

MILLIONS.

Now she is accusing his son of the same thing that people were sayting about her husband in the few years before his death.

Ironic.

If anyone has failed to notice, more Earnhardts are employed by JR Motorsports than DEI, and that is a problem in itself. DEI is less than what it was not just because of Dale's death, but also because his widdow thinks she knows more about racing than anybody else named Earnhardt.

Including Dale Earnhardt Jr.
