With the prices the tracks charge the ordinary local fan can't afford to go. We sit at home and watch it on TV. By god, if this man has his way, it will be the death knell of NASCAR

And we wonder why Humpy Wheeler left Lowe's Motor Speedway. NASCAR should have never let this guy buy so many tracks and dictate to them when and where they will run.

Well everyone can boycott his tracks and leave his rump setting watching a race by himself.
I will stop going to races if they do that to the fans. I will not go watch it at the track if fans cannot see it at home.

It's so ridiculous. NASCAR worked too long and hard to get networks to televise their races. Sure hope they stand up to Smith and tell him to jump in a lake.

Bruton Smith is an idoit. Sure it will benefit the fans at the event, but what about the ones that are watching on tv? That would only piss them off. I know it would me.

First Bruton gets rid of wilkesboro and replaces it with texas, then shuts down rockingham, and now this. Well actually if he did this with his own tracks that dont sell out it might benefit the fan. Then fans wouldnt have to watch, texas, atlanta and charlotte yawnfests since Bristol and Vegas sell-out.
