All that matters to me is that they both think that Tony is the far superior driver.

Imo I think if Sunday is any indication of Jr's year. Tony is going to far way better then Jr.

One race doesn't determine a driver's season.

True, because if we were going to utilize that philosophy, Kyle's year is going to be a disaster and Carl is destined for mediocrity.

Though I have to say Daytona was no different than anything Jr did last year. I think no matter what Tony will have a more successful year, i.e. he's going to accomplish more of his goals than Jr will.

You may be right. I'd like to see Jr do better though.

Daytona was a rain out .We have know idea how it would have turned out if it went to the end . I really do not think you can judge the season with a race that was a Wash out .JMO

Tony is already better than Jr. Haven't they both been in Cup for the same length of time? If I'm wrong on that, then I apologize. And, to this point, who is ahead in winnings? Sure, Jr. has made more money. But, that is due to the merchandise he sells.

When you first start an organization or invest in a project you determine how long it'll take to pay back your investment. I'm pretty sure this investment will not return it's own value for a couple of years. So did he make a profit, probably not, but that's to be expected.

Otherwise, Carolyn, you are right. They have been in the cup series about the same amount of time and the only thing Jr has to show for it is his most popular driver awards and a bunch of cash. Unfortunately that's not what Nascar's about.

You may be right, but Hendrick is looking for wins, and Jr is sure darned determined to win more this year.

Well it seems like Mr Hendrick is looking for Jr to win more than anything.

Because his investment isn't paying off and it was supposed to.

I realize he's under a ton of pressure but that's no excuse for getting stupid and doing stupid things on pit road or on the track.
