Waltrip lost the draft and fell off the lead lap, leaving him irritated by his own driver at Motormouth Racertainment, David Reutimann, because Reutimann wouldn't draft with him.
"It's ridiculous that Reutimann wouldn't get away from somebody that wasn't even his teammate and push me," Waltrip said over his radio. "That's ridiculous."
