Jimmie Johnson has some advice for Danica Patrick if the IndyCar star really wants to make the move to NASCAR: don't do it part-time. Patrick has reportedly signed a three-year extension to remain in IndyCars with Andretti Green Racing, though she is in preliminary talks with JR Motorsports about dabbling in NASCAR's Nationwide Series sometime down ...

OMG! I agree with JJ. If she's going to come in as a Diva and think she's going to start winning races and championships by putting in minimal time and energy, she needs to stay away. People can knock JPM and Hornish, but they've stayed with it and taken the time to learn. She either commits to 3 years of full time or stays where she's at.

I agree completely. Your not going to come over part time and have any real impact. It's going to take a lot more than 6/7 races a year to move from open wheel to stock car. Of course, maybe she just wants to see if it's something she thinks she can handle, than again, maybe it's just for the money.

Only thing is, everyone is probably speculating on what her goals are. She probably isn't thinking she can come be competitive and only wants to get a feel for the cars to get an idea of how competitive she thinks she can be. You cant say if you'll be good until you get behind the wheel for a few... thats what she's gonna do, right?
