I'm usually well rested, thanks for asking. And no I didn't start school, but I am thinking about got back to school.
Any suggestions on what I should study?
Made me look! If you are really interested in school, with the direction of the current political situation I would recommend going into a field that would be government related. It looks as if accountants will be in high demand. Since the government is going to be operating the automobile industry, the insurance industry, and the banking industry, they will need a lot of accountants to help them keep track of how much money they are printing to pay for everything.

You forgot the medical industry...they also need accountants to manage all of the tarp and bailout money...

The U.S. government is the fastest growing industry on planet earth!!

It's pretty obvious that my career field (aviation engineering) isn't a growing field. My job of 19 years was eliminated last summer when that soaring cost of jet fuel caused the major airline I worked for to remove it's fleet of B737s from service.
I spent a few years with a top tier IndyCar team, but didn't like the fact that my job was basically based upon someone's hobby. A career in motorsports is not a stable one.
I was thinking about maybe going to school to be a doctor...or maybe a lawyer. I could do both. Or maybe go into the adult film industry.
How about I teach Wang English. That is definately a secure job.

If you are serious about returning to school, I would consider entering a Phd program. Teaching and performing research at the university level is definitely an expanding field. I would expect a tremendous amount of the stimulus money will go toward education and training grants which will be received by universities. The medical field is a gamble right now, and I think there are too many lawyers already. Plus, you have to pay tuition in those fields for your education. Almost all universities, on the other hand, pay the tuition for their Phd students through fellowship grants, and they also provide a stipend for research and teaching. I don't know about the engineering field, but with that background, you could do something involving mathematics or physics.

That was a promotion for Obama. Not for NASCAR. I applaude the drivers that had nothing to do with it. And to anyone that watch, know now he no NASCAR fan. So....don't be caught up in that false promotion.

I recall Michael Jordan catching flak when he snubbed President George H.W. Bush after the Bulls were invited to the White House after winning their first NBA Championship. I didn't vote for Mr. Bush but I was very disappointed by Jordan's actions.
You may disagree with the president personally, but to be invited should be considered an honor no matter your politics. When Obama was running for the presidency & telling people to take care of their cars(tire pressure, regular maintenance) in regards to driving habits & getting better MPG, he referred to NASCAR making those same recommendations.
I don't agree 100% with any politician, even if I voted for himor her; but again, you do not pass up a presidential invitation. You may not like that person politically or personally, but you still need to have some respect for the office.
I'm not a big Johnson fan, but I would lose complete respect for him if he pulled a "Jordan". You either have class or you don't; Jordan doesn't & I'm willing to bet Johnson does.

As a side note, drop the COT bring back the real stock cars.
