Earnhardt Jr. trying to stay positive as winless skid hits two years

It's not the kind of anniversary Dale Earnhardt Jr. enjoys celebrating. NASCAR's most popular driver heads to the track for Sunday's 400-mile race at Michigan International Speedway two years removed from his last trip to Victory Lane.

This subject isn't even worth making a smart ass remark about anymore. It's just stupid to comment on him anymore than someone who hasn't won in 3 years or 4 years. He's just another top 20 also ran driver.

I'm staying positive about Junior too!
I'm positive he is a bust out loser who belongs in the broadcast booth with that other famous second generation flop Kyle Petty.
Both are the sons of great NASCAR Hall Of Fame inductees. Neither will ever get into the Hall Of Fame without a ticket.

Broadcast booth????? HAHAHA Might as well put Boomhour from King of the Hill up there with him, at least they might be able to understand each other.

Problem is, we won't be able to understand them anymore than Jr's team can understand him when he's whining about the car.

Jr is still good for selling some tickets. He won't have time for the broadcast booth when his career is over, actual it's over now but his fans don't realize it. When he gets out of the car he will be long gone from racing.
