Defeated by an idiot who must yell everything, I think not. Jean is a moron and you are an idiot, perhaps the two of you should get a room.

I don't recall the guy. Probably because he never made it to the big ride. Looks like they all don't marry show models and go to the Waldorf Astoria to pick-up the multi-million dollar bonus check. Go figure!

I should accept so called defeat from an idiot whose parents could not spell their child's name correctly? Donalyn, please get your parents off of crack so that they might give you a reasonable name.
I wonder if you will seek out a girl named Iggytisha or something like that? Oh, almost forgot, stop yelling, it does not become you.

You have got to be kidding me...I cannot even believe you said this...That family is in enough pain...I don't view God as a vengeful God--God knew this mans pain, Kevin's only problem was not trusting God enough to lead him through his pain...God is a forgiving God and knew the pain this young man felt--Kevin is most definitely in heaven free from pain and his poor family will have to trust in God to lead them through their pain....To be so obviously cruel about such a sad situation is ridiculous...Grow up a little, read God's word a little and look up the definiton of "compassion"

bullet Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5 contain two similar version of the Ten Commandments. Both Exodus 20:13 and Deuteronomy 5:17 appear in the King James Version of the Bible as "Thou shalt not kill." This obviously cannot be interpreted literally, because people continually kill plants and animals for food. It has generally been interpreted as meaning that one should not murder a human being, except in cases of self defense or warfare. Christians are divided over whether these verses include suicide. Religious conservatives tend to say that it does; many liberals believe that there are circumstances where suicide is morally justifiable. 10 years experience as a volunteer at a suicide prevention line has led me to believe that suicide is rarely justifiable; it is often a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
bullet Numbers 11:12-15 Moses was in despair because of the complaints of the Israelites whom he was leading. The burden of leadership was too heavy for him to bear. He asked God "If You treat me like this, please kill me here and now..."
bullet Judges 9:52-54: The warrior-king of Israel, Abimelech, was attacking a tower in Thebez, hoping to exterminate large numbers of unarmed civilians as he had just done in Shechem. As he attempted to burn the door to the tower, a woman dropped a piece of a millstone on Abimelech's head. He felt that he was mortally wounded. The king's contempt for women was so great that he quickly asked his armor bearer to kill him with his sword, in order that people not say that he had been killed by a woman.
bullet Judges 16:29-30 Samson had been chained to the two middle pillars of a temple. He pushed them apart. thereby knowingly causing the collapse of the building, his own suicide and the death of a few thousand people inside. The death toll exceeded the number of people that he had killed during the rest of his life -which was considerable. Samson had been blinded, and no longer wanted to live as a captive. And by causing his own death, he had a chance to destroy many of the enemy.

Matthew 27:5 After Judas had betrayed Jesus in return for 30 pieces of silver, he hanged himself. Acts 1:18 is in apparent contradiction to this passage; it relates how he fell. He "burst open in the middle and all his entrails gushed out." It is likely that he did not simply fall down, but rather fell from a height great enough to split his body open. Most religious liberals would assume that these two very different accounts of the death were simply the result of different traditional stories related independently by the anonymous authors of Matthew and Acts. Some conservative Christians have attempted to harmonize the two stories by concluding that Judas hanged himself from a tree which hung over a ravine. The rope broke and he fell to the rocks below, splitting open his body.
bullet 1 Corinthians 3:17: "If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are." This is an interesting passage because it has been interpreted in very different ways by Bible commentators and translators:
bullet An individual defiling his own body:
bullet Some Bible translations, like the King James Version, and New King James, render the second word in this passages as "defile." Rheims New Testament uses "violate." This would seem to refer to an individual engaging in various damaging acts such as illegal drug usage, committing adultery, incest, smoking, etc.
bullet One commentary suggests that Paul might have been "thinking ahead to those Cor[inthian] Christians who desecrate god's temple by the sexual immoralities which he severely censures in" Chapters 5 & 6. 3
bullet Another commentary notes that the two words "defiles" and "destroy" in the above passage are actually the same word in the original Greek. It carries the meaning "desecrate." 4
bullet Willmington's Bible Handbook refers to Verses 16 & 17 as implying that "Many of those in Corinth should be seriously concerned about the condition of their spiritual building." i.e. they should be certain that their lifestyle are not desecrating their bodies. 6

Sigh... Let me repeat what I said in a similar post the day I found out about this:

I begin every morning by doing a search for NASCAR & WWE headlines. My NASCAR headline search this morning lead me to this, & needless to say, I was very shocked!
The way this week has been going for me, I had a feeling something bad was going to happen... I just didn't think it'd be something to this extent! First I find out one of my favorite Game Show Host's friends died a few days ago, now this!
I found a comment when looking for more info on this situation, & I could not put it any better:
"The tragedy here is that no one could reach Kevin before it came to this. There's nothing in the world sadder than wasted talent. My heart goes out to his family and the brave ones who stick around and live through this."
Rest in peace Kevin!...
"Lucky Dog 24," I appreciate your knowledge of the Bible, but there are some things other people believe...

If you ask me, harming & killing others for no reason when you can control yourself puts you in hell. This doesn't sound like the case to me. God comforts all of his creatures if something goes wrong unless they harm others severly.

If you watch the WWE, you probably know of the scenario involving Chris Benoit. He actually killed his 7 year old son & his wife before hanging himself. He harmed & killed others! That puts more pain on other people. Doing the killing of the others puts Chris in hell in my book. There is another big example, bigger than this, that I'm sure everyone is aware of. All I'm going to tell you is that this other story involved a guy named Hitler...

On the other hand, there was another suicide a long time ago involving Ray Combs, a Game Show Host who died in 1996. His situation is similar, if not exactly, like Kevin Grubb's! Once Ray was turned down from The Game Show World when Richard Dawson returned to "Family Feud," & everything around Ray started self-destructing, Ray started suffering from severe depression, to the point he was actually put into a psychiatric ward on a 72 hour suicide watch, where he hung himself soon after. Ray had a wife & 6 kids, but none of them were killed. He didn't harm them physically at all! Therefore Ray, as well as Kevin, shall be healed by the lord from their depression & forever in peace!...

That's how I feel, now let Kevin rest!...

You are Nuts, I don't think he is in hell, if this is the only way to be out of his misery, then so be it.

You think I'm nuts for saying Chris Benoit is in hell!? Is that what I read correctly!?

If it isn't & you think I said Grubb or Combs is in hell, read my post again, because you didn't read it correctly.

Why would Kevin grubb comit suicide/ I can't believe it was because of NASCAR. His suspension was in 2006. It appeared he was working and had moved on from NASCAR. Are we sure it was suicide? I just wonder what it was that drove him to it. NASCAR was 3 yrs ago. I would like to know if there is evidence to write it off to that. Doesn't gel with me.....
