If you had read what I wrote you would understand that I would prefer KK to win, hes a much better driver than JG, just younger and does not have the accolades yet. And there you go, another crystal ball prediction, how do you see into the future, and see that Jr will never be a champ, hes already been a champ, in Nationwide, that does speak for his driving ability, if it didnt then many other drivers would not have been trying to obtain that title and saying it dont mean nothing is discrediting a lot of drivers. Good drivers, like Jr. And just for the record, you do say plenty about me likeing Jr and you diss the mighty Nation like we are sub human. You are right about one thing, you or nobody else can defer the Nation from pulling for Jr. Just like nobody can defer you from JG. but remember, you will soon have to pick a new fave cause Jg is gettin old and hes pretty much washed up. He will join Rusty in the broadcast booth soon being the color for those without any. JG has had a great career but had is the key word. LOL On second thought, its gonna be fun watching JG choke......again!!!

He did not win the money playing poker.
If the name is the reason why is Kyle Petty setting in the booth?

What does Kyle Petty sitting in the booth have to do with this discussion? Jr. has amassed a fortune over the years due in a large part to some very shrewd marketing by the brains behind DEI: Theresa Earnhardt. Once he had a good nut, it wasn't very hard to find people to manage it, and turn it into something bigger. Don't buy into that line of crap about Jr.: "the self-made man".

Kenny Wallace was on with Moody and Angie yesterday and he told how when he was running for the nationwide championship, HE had a concussion and I guess he was taken out of the car because his doctor, who is the same one Jr saw on Tues, said he had vertigo and that he saw double when he looked to the side.. So,,, Jr wants to protect his BRAIN that he NEEDS past his driving days.. I tend to think that since he is numerically out of the chase anyhow.. it is a GOOD idea for him to take it easy on his head.
Jeff Gordon said that if HE were still up in the points and he had a concussion, he would keep quiet and go for the championship.. but Jr is NOT still up in the points... So,, it is SMART of Jr to sit out a couple of races..I hope Regan Smith has the 2 races of his lifetime
61 laps complete, I hope his future is brighter than that.

Smith moved up to 10th, then Jr's car goes boom; I'm not surprised!

So, how come all the Kyle Busch haters would rag on about Kyle winning in the Nationwide series because those haters claimed that Nationwide is a lower-tiered series. In other words, when Kyle won in the Nationwide series (and, he won a lot of races) it meant nothing.

A little something called the double standard, Carolyn. Jr. Nation didn't invent it, but they did perfect it.

You silly girl, you missed the point, it is a great acheivement to win the Nationwide championship, many drivers won that title as a stepping stone to cup. I know what your talking about with the KB haters dissing his winning that championship. You have never heard me diss KB for that so exclude me from your analagy. I have enjoyed nationwide clear back to the time they called it the sportsman series, to me its an enjoyable an important part of NASCAR. Its champion deserves respect, whoever it may be.

Oh, nobody's kidding themselves about what the DEI race shop has become, but you'd be a fool to think that The Widow Earnhardt isn't still pulling in money hand over fist from Sr.'s memorabilia, and the retro crap of Jr.'s that the Nation still lines up to spend it's hard earned cash on.

Two concussions in the last couple of weeks.. Do you really want a driver racing at 200 MPR, inches from the bumpers of other drivers with blurred vision and slow reflexes from multiple concussions?
Hum... maybe he should race and get behind Tony... oops sorry, didn't see him with my blurred vision until it was too late and because of slowed reflexes couldn't stop in time.
Due to the seriousness of concussions they even bench football players now a days.
He should announce his retirement, or just admit that he is Kyle Petty, version II. Junior nation has been living in a fantasy world for the better part of a decade. It's over people, time to face reality.

If Jr wants to he could be a starter for another 20 years; that's why NASCAR is not considered a sport.

The brain Theresa got the right's to Jr's name and was geting her pockets filled with all his merchandising
money until he hired a lawyer and she had to cut loose. If you go by the last name of daddy why did Kyle not make it big his papa is the King of nascar...If DEI is so brainy why are they sucking a hind tit on the track.

We don't have any Brains left. I would think that you all have pre vailed, easily. We never had a chance against this Team and i would never of taken the challenge in the first place had i known.

I never knew what to think about what Happened between the Earnhardt Family. She did create the Legacy merchandise and made a lot of money. You can't believe rumors and gossip but no doubt there is a serious wedge in this family.I don't like getting that personal bc i liked Sr.
