Wake up, people. It isn't NASCAR that is taking him to court. It's stolen property found in his possession in two different counties and DRUGS. Time to quit making excuses for him. NASCAR didn't have anything to do with him and his dead buddy breaking and entering two different race team shops. The man is a loser and his own worst enemy.

Sounds like a frame job, we all know who was behind it.

I see MKIA is back, and it won't be long until the other one starts spouting his "nowledge" to all of us. Please find a "k" or "K" first! Go Jeremy! L8R. DD.

The magical power of NASCAR, this stinks from the beginning. The France family [as I said family] has a lot of power and influence. They have proved it. Jeremy is about the only one to step up and speak and not act like a whipped puppy dog. It seems like that others are not held to the same standards as he was.
Also it would be interesting to see drug tests of lets say the guy that actually has put the finger on Jeremy , as everyone employed by NASCAR or is in the garage area is subject to random testing. Bet they never test him or some of their other lets say superstars.

This whole thing has been a spin job from the word go. It goes a lot deeper than what they present.
Thugs was a good word used previously.

The man is a meth head. Ive seen him do it. Nascar knew it about it for along time before testing him. It was never a secret he used. To really believe that law enforcement and nascar set him up is assinine. Really people, use some logic. His own family stepped out and said he did it and they saw him.

Family? What family? An ex anything is not family. If you "saw" him, what were you doing at the time? Birds of a feather? L8R. DD.

Before the dummy got his stupid butt caught on a test that may well have been brought on by rumors of his drug use, the dummy wasn't saying or doing anything to piss NASCAR off. He wasn't in any running battle with NASCAR, maybe his drug supplier but not NASCAR. NASCAR had nothing but bad press to gain by acknowledging one of it's Cup driver had been caught using Meth. The dummie's denial and refusal doomed him, not only with NASCAR but with everything in his life. A stretch in the pen being some big badass's bitch might help straighten him out but I doubt it. Like Smoke says "stupid is broke and you can't fix it".
