He couldn't drive and he was a danger to all the rest out there driving high as a kite. I always thought he was a smart ass and I hate it for his family but you play you pay... See ya.

When this whole thing started I actually believed in Mayfield. Now I am beyond disappointed and hope the grand jury makes a huge statement with him. A meth head lying thief, that is so sad to see in such a great sport, looser should end up penny less and in jail. Story over

I agree with Roush fan.I believed that Mayfield was screwed by Nascar, but after reading all the articles and hearing the things they found, the stolen items and drugs found I am super disappointed because I defended this man.Drugs suck and destroy so many people and families. When will people finaly realize that DRUGS KILL!

what a disappointment. it just proves we do not 'see' the reall drivers. most are phonies when the camera is on them. remember the in car radios especially with Harvick, he gets out of car and makes like an angel.

Come on Folks, how naive can you be? This meathead self destructed. Not only did he get himself busted for drugs by NASCAR but he was so stupid he let it follow him home and take everything. This wasn't some simply little slip in judgement, this was a unveiling of the man's true character.

Mayfield effectively dumped his life down the drain. Hope the jerk can recover, but he'll never drive professionally again.
