praying for TX, FL and other areas affected by hurricanes and tropical storms

will be glad when this matter is finally settled. mediation efforts have been a waste of time, surprised Ward family wants to take their chances. Time for Court battle to end so all involved can focus on healing.

Curious why wasn't the 2nd report telling how the drivers testified AGAINST the Big Bad Smoke ????? Even more suspicious why did the EX Girlfriend announce her retirement from racing shortly after the 2nd article was published HHHMMMMMMM ??? Did everyone turn into a Kato Kaelin LMAO .
This case can go either way . But the so called smoke fans were wrong about one thing .Its not a slammed dunk!!!!!
But they did not know the Gray area Private Property is in NYS. Its 10 times more complicated then the gray area in NASCAR. Ask anyone who has had a fender bender on private property IN NYS, But it is fun to watch peoples heads explode LOL

The kid should have never walked out on the track with moving vehicles. If he had just waited for the race to be over he could have popped Tony in the mouth and had some satisfaction and still be alive.

You R Right . But like it was posted " Tony Stewart is one of the talented Sprint driver in the world" . 6 cars passed KW. The question that was being asked why did the best SD in the country gun the engine and swing the car up the track into KW. I know there is an actual term for the move TS made swinging the car up the track . But I honestly do not remember what the sprint drivers called it. Both Sprint & NASCAR admitted to letting the drivers get out of the car. OT

Look at Rusty & Kenny brother who had the crap beat out of him I think his daughter was also hit. The case was thrown out of court! My guess the concert parking lot was privately owned . Now they R doing the same thing the Ward family is doing . Taking it to Civil court its the only way to get justice in some cases . Civil court is backed up from NYS to cali . People act like TS is the only person to face a civil court. It is what it is . And having film coverage of him actually slamming into the kid does not help. Camera phone for some cases is pure evil.

Yes The track is Privately owned Private property . the track officials admitted " We do not drug test drivers" . Remember Pot is PUFF PUFF PASS PUFF PUFF PASS . How many drivers shared the dubbie or bong ???? Who bought or grew their own the pot ? Hell it grows wild all over NYS
It is not against the law to ingest a drug .Nothing was reported about anyone being in possession ! Supreme Court rule based on the Constitution US . Your body is yours ( Private property . You treat it like a temple or treat it like a cess pool.
