He's incredible. He may be a
A pain in the butt, but he can drive. But, still not a champion at the highest level.

Add Go Carts, legends and late model wins and he's already there. Not Quality wins, but neither were Petty's as long as were counting.

Hilton Head said it all! Kyle has everything to make a great champion. He also has the intelligence to use it all to make this happen. Let's hope this will be a good weekend, good quality car to drive and wins! Goooooooo Kyle!!!!

what , not a champion at the highest level.) guess you want him to have vanilla white hands & be a cheater like someone else. Kyle is a great driver and he will win a championship !!plus his wife knows how to help him not be an ugly fixture and just spend his money. she makes her own money. wonderful couple.

I'll give Kyle credit. He's an incredible racing talent and he just loves to race. My hat's off to him for that. However, giving him star credit for his NNS and CTS wins is like Barry Bonds sandbagging it in the minors to collect an extra 100 HRs. It cheapens the accomplishment.

Kyle Busch has 26 Sprint Cup wins. One every 11.7 races.

For comparison:
Jimmie Johnson has a win every 6.6 races.
Jeff Gordon, one every 8.
Tony Stewart, one every 10.9

Cale, are your stats for the same time period? The others started driving years before Kyle.

Yes, someday he will be. But last time I checked, he's not a sprint cup champion moron.

Pickles; those numbers are ratios, not totals. So the career length does not skew the number. (However, if Kyle's winning ratio improves the more he races, then we might see a change. Longevity hasn't been good to Gordon, though.)

I agree. Jeff has been in a downward spiral for a few years. He's done.

Doesn't matter that they started earlier or late. What it does show is that Kyle has to win more in his later years in Sprint cup to pass any of the named drivers win ratio. What is going to be hard to keep him from doing that is burnout. I've never seen any driver that could carry the heavy schedule he does much pass thirty without it getting to him. It's easier when you're just a driver but the added stress of being a team owner and competing in three series can takes it's toll much quicker.

Boy, all those wins and ZERO Sprint Cup Championships. Guess he ain't talented enough to win one. I think he's just happy winning races & not Sprint Cup championships. LOL ...PeeWee
