I believe he should rehire Allmendinger he would win a championship. he is an aggressive driver,loves to race.. It would be great to see him in a sprint cup ride fulltime.

He really should've hired Matt Kenseth, but it sounds as if Kenseth had already made a deal with Joe Gibbs before Penske had an opening, it just wasn't announced
