IndyCar penalizes Team Penske after Helio win

Looks like the Racing world all around is picking on Roger Penske...I'm sure if Will Power finally gets a win this year something will come up like this.

Nascar seems to have had it out for Keslowski & Logano all year and now Indy has it out for Helio Castranoves plus it seems like there's been a bounty out for Will Power the last 3 years in the last race of the year because all he would need is a good finish & he'd be the champ but he's been getting wrecked out the last three years.

Will Power was put on probation for throwing his gloves at the driver who wrecked him out of the race two weeks ago.

Officials are needed, but really. After racing at high speeds for many miles, isn't it a little bizarre that officials are docking points for post race inspection failures? Inspect the cars pre race but stop the idiocy post race already.

Yes I agree. Anything can happen during the race
