I'm sure he will be around for a long time. If he's lucky he might get to 40 wins. Lol.. Jeff looks like he's in his last few years. He's accomplished everything except winning at Kentucky, I bet Jimmie will be around forever until he gets #8

I really think Jr. will retire from driving by his mid forties. I see Jr. elevating JR Motorsports to the cup level in an alliance with HMS. Much in the same manner that Stewart and HMS operate today. Jeff's my man but sadly his greatest years are over with. I see him stepping away from the driving in his mid to late forties. He doesn't have much left to prove to anyone and he has a couple of beautiful kids to keep him busy. I see him stepping into a role at HMS in preparation for Rick slowing down in a few years. Jimmie still has 8 or 10 good years left but he is just edging into the realm of fatherhood and having to make decisions based on having a family. All of these men have acquired enough wealth to sustain them for their life time.
Along with Hendrick, Jeff has ventured off into the car dealership business and Jr. already has some very successful investment around Charlotte and Atlanta. In summary, I think all three will be out of the car by their late forties but still very active in the sport.

That WOULD be lucky: Jr has averaged a win every 1.2 years since he started running Sprint Cup full time. At this rate, his 40th win will come when he is 64...
