Really, has Kevorkian done anything more
than mad doctors, lazy nurses, and
incompetent and burned out medical personnel who on
occasion, in this country, cut off the
wrong limb, prescribed the wrong medicine
etc...? He never solicited a person to kill, rather THEY came to him of their own
volition and ASKED him to assist in dying.
Unborn babies are slaughtered in this
country to the the tune of 4 million or
more a year and everybody says that is o.k. What's the deal?? I've known of
Doctors who have instructed staff to
increase medications beyond the legal
limit so no one would have to hear the
patient wailing and complaining. Truth
hurts - doesn't it??

When will people understand that anything less than absolute freedom isn't freedom at all. We should all have the right to live and die as we desire as long as our actions don't harm anyone. The Constitution states that you are guaranteed, “The right to the pursuit of {your vision of} happiness.” It doesn't say, “The right to the pursuit of what others decide should make you happy.” Kevorkian killed no one. He set up a machine which allowed a person to push a button and end their life painlessly, of their own free will. People who would have died a slow agonizing death anyway. The ‘Right to Life of Michigan’ should rename themselves the ‘Only We Know What’s Good For You Foundation’. If ignorance is bliss these people must be euphoric.

I hope it' legalized when it' my time...rather go than make some hospital get money by keeping me on life support, while I'm a vegetable..

Will save Medicare billions from mechanical life in hospitals and nursing home of vegetable people...

If it's your wish and it's certified and witnessed, while you still have your sanity, then it should be abided by..

Hope he wins the fight for individual rights.

I guess no-one believes in miracles. What if you decided to end your miserable life, and just after hitting the magic button, your miracle that was on it's way, gets shut down? What if you were supposed to get up and write a book, paint a picture, compose a song, or live another 20 years with your loved ones? But you decided that you should have the final say. So be it. But don't blame God when He kicks your sorry ass out, and tells you that only He has the final say!
