great championship contrived battle that ends up being lackluster. taking a 6th title away from a driver and giving 11 others a shot. look at the IRL the last two seasons. last race last lap on the last two IRL championships. napcar just needs to tweek the way their points system is. shorten some of those yawners and put the points on the win! the way they do it now they may as well take the top 35 (another joke) back to zero for the last 1 or 2 races and call that driver the Grand National Champion!

Me too. I don't care how many of you think I should watch football. I'm bitterly disappointed and may not ever completely be into racing again.

NASCAB is NOT the only form of motorsports out there, contrary to what most cab fans think. I quit watching cabs when it went pop culture.
For exciting racing try World Rally or MotoGP.

I wouldn't expect Jimmie to do anything but go out and try to win. He will give it his all.

They must have let JJ slide right through post-race inspection the last 4 races. He needs to crash out or blow an engine on Sunday.

Perhaps David D. "Salt" Walther can get a work release in order for him to drive in next years 500.

That is so pathetic. I don't care who the drivers are I never want anyone to crash. I want them all to be safe and race their tails off. Go Jimmie! Fly Baby Fly!#2 in the bag!

Thats the one thing I can't stand. When someone wishes harm to drivers. As everyone knows these crashes might not look bad but we all know anything can happen. Dale Sr accident didn't look that bad either and that turned very tragic. Making stupid inane statements like that are so sad.

well i cant say the same, if there's some1 i dont like i'd like to see they're day end early. i cant say that i hope for a crash but i surely dont mind, long as they aint hurt. engine failure though, thats different. becuase i'd prefer jeff to win, maybe if johnson got caught a lap down or somethin of misfortune could happen. i mean even the drivers say it.. you dont want anything to happen but you have to hope for somethin of some sort if you want a shot.

I didn't say I meant harm to the guy, I just don't want to see him finish. It's no secret Chad Knaus is a chronic cheater. LIGHTEN UP!!

I'm with you on this. I'm not a Jimmie or Jeff fan, but if either of them is going to win it, let it be the driver who would have won the championship if not for the chase rules. I don't want to see Jimmie hurt either, but I would love to see him out of the race early somehow. Just left to watch as Jeff wins the title.

'Course I won't see it anyway, as I did switch to football weeks ago. It's been more fun and exciting with a lot of close games for one of my teams.

I'm still trying to figure out the inadvertant whistle thing. That just had me shaking my head. That was a great game! Very edge of the seat stuff.:o)

It's still very warm here...80's and 90's...feels more like September than November.
