You are fogetting that Kyle was already a connected guy at 16, he didnt "get noticed". Kurt was racing for Jack Rousch when Rousch put him in the truck at 16. Certianly younger brothers of current nascar drivers are going to "get noticed".(See Ty Dillon, Brian Keselowski, Truex, etc)
