Statement from MWR is now on Jayski. Looks like Waltrip's team was definitely the one who took it. Like I said last night, this is going to really hurt MWR if this thing gets any bigger.
Thanks, Flash for sharing this. You are right; Uncle Jack could take this little hill and turn it into something that it is not! I bet he can't wait! I wonder what is with him, why does he hate Mikey so much? I know it isn't just Toyota otherwise he would have gone off on JD Gibbs or somebody. Jack has such a good team, he should keep his mouth shut.

Okay, this is ridiculous. First, If you take a good look at Jack Roush, every picture you see of him he looks like he needs a good laxative. I think he is in constant pain from being constipated.
Second, what in the world, if Michael did "steal" this sway bar has been his OH SO great adavantage from it?
Third, If anyone knows anything about cleaning up and packing up tools and parts after a race weekend they should know crews are just picking up whatever is in their reach so they can get the go ahead to get out of there and go home.
Fourth, Jack Roush is a hatefull, meanspirited, selfish old man who could not for one minute stand the thought of someone mistakenly picked up a part of his, which he was very uncomfortable with by the way, but doesn't mention it until one of his cars gets busted cheating, which is months, even the next season later.
Fifth, with everything I have read about this, Jack Roush is simply by reputation a BLOWHARD.
Finally, Michael admitted he had the part, returned it to him, and as much as I love Mike it's quite plain like I said that Michael did not gain an advantage over BOWHARD Jack by having this part.
Mike is not a thief.

On Nascar Now, no one even mentioned Michael or anyone with the team. Uncle Jack has hemorrhoids. Wait a minute, I don't know that for a fact, holy, I am just kidding, oh my, I don't want to know him that well!!

Great to see you back, Lynn.:)

I find it interesting that an ex employee of MWR, who by the way is now working for RFR, mentioned this"so called stolen part" was in a locker at MWR. I smell a RFR rat. Jack has been trying to find a way to get to Toyota, what a better way but to attack Michael and his teams. He certainly wasn't going to go after JGR, he'd be slaughtered by the fans. As much as I have read on this, this past week, Jack isn't making any friends, in or outside the garage. Michael is being smart, he's keeping his mouth shut and letting Jack dig he own hole.

Good luck to MWR and their fans this weekend!!

You got to be kidding you really believe that Jack set Mikey pooh up just to bring down the evil empire. Trying not to be to hard on you because I don't know you yet. But Damm girl you have a gas leak in your house or something. Renee Darlin talk to this girl, don't care if you love or hate Jack makes no difference to me . But the little green men from Mars aren't coming either!

There seems to be 2 differing opinions of how the part was discovered at MWR. Don't really care. My problem is that no matter who makes the sway bar, they are not really all that small. One would think that SOMEONE would have noticed an MWR employee slinking around and snagging a Roush sway bar. Greater chance that some fool at RFR laid it down in the wrong place and during post-race garage clean-up MWR picked it up. After the race, short track sway bars were probably not needed and they were put in storage and not discovered until Dec./Jan., at which time the part was returned.

There was no discernable benefit to MWR and Roush really does need an enima. I think its all over but the shouting now and that's all coming from RFR.

Are you saying "the cat in the hat" wouldn't try anything like that? Think again. Sometime last year Jack said he would never employ anyone that came from the Toyota camp. Obvious he already has. Makes you want to think about little green Martians,uh?

Maybe He had that fuel additive planted in Mikeys car at Daytona. I will NEVER believe MW had anything to do with that or knew about it before hand. That would make sense. If he hates Waltrip that badly.Hmmmmm

Not sure I would go that far by accusing Jack of being involved with the 55 fuel additive. But again I do find it interesting that the ex MWR guy was the one that mentioned the part was at MWR, in a locker. And now he works for RFR, just sounds a little too convenient to me. Jack is NO saint.

You are even more clueless than I had previously assumed, from reading some of your posts, Wall-Banger(POS)Expert!

LMFAO at that one.

Wall-Banger knew about the doctored-induction or he would have protested the call by JAPCAR, just like my other hero, Robby did and won!

He just grabbed-up Macy, put on an Academy Award-acting-job-- shed a tear or two or three-- Press Conf. let them send his CC and Bobby "Rocket-Fuel" Kennedy packin' back to Racertainment and admitted to it!

POS=dishonest race team!

Wait-For-It----Wall-Banger(POS )Expert!

Even more Jap-$hit will hit the fan in the coming months from Cornelius and Motormouth Motorsports!

Maggie, Maggie, Maggie, You guy's are loyal to Mikey Pooh I understand that. Thats cool you love your driver but hes not that big of a threat you guy's are getting nuts here. I like more than one driver. I like Tony but thats a long story Jr. and Matty are up there for me. But when Jr. spun out on purpose when I was at bristol and messed up on the radio by saying how do you rate that one I just laughed my butt off. He was trying to bring out a yellow on purpose. These guy's aren't saints all the time. I won't even start talking about Tony over the last couple of years LOL. Laugh it off and roll with it will ya girl. Life is to short. Have a good night!

One last thing Maggie If old Jack was going to set anyone up it would be Gibb's who sold out to the evil empire he is the real threat. And that wouldn't have happened I don't believe. Not over just a sway bar Gezzzzzzzzzzz. Again have a good night.

I had not thought of that! Thank You! I was trying to figure out how a swaybar would be set aside for 4 months! It was a short track swaybar, The cars they would have been building would have been super speedway and intermediate track cars! I can't thank you enough, it was one of those nagging things! Was it a RFR part? YES! Did MWR have it? YES! How it got there? Who called whom? We only have 2 answers to a 50 page quiz!

OKAY GUY'S & GALS here's my take on it! It was a Roach part! MWR had it!(we think Roach hasn't said yet)Roach got it back! The rest is he said vs. he says! Just like on here there are the MWR can do no wrongers! And the Toyota hateing, shouldn't even be allowed in NASCAR, I hate Mikey no matter what group! Some of us have fought the good fight for a long time on here, Myself at about 2300 posts now and haven't changed a haters mind yet! And they ain't even made me flinch! Except for T, Watchout for that guy! I'm teaseing ya man! T like myself can most of the time take a good laugh! Lets think about this, I have and do work on my own equipment, some with swaybars, in the real world a bar from a Ford will not bolt up to a Chevy! I garentee it! In NASCAR's world of the COT they all would be the same, except for weight or spring tension(tinsel strength) I think! NASCAR might mandate that as well as the spring tension? I am not sure? WHAT would be the advantage in stealing this part? What would be the advantage of planting this part on a MWR tool box last year? Honestly I see no advantage either direction! I'm starting to lean to the oops!, Should not have left that lay there, Should not have picked that up theroy! I see no advantage to stealing it and giving the damn thing back because they all would be alike! And to plant anything on a MWR team last year would be a waste of time, they already planted themselves out of the top 35 and strugleing!JMHO!

Not only what I posted above< but on this thread alone, 60 posts, 12 13 hours after this all came to light, we have this part-sand blasted, serial numbers matched Roach's, no numbers on it, painted different colors, found in a locker, found in a toolbox! Good Golly people the article says the sway bar was sand blasted! Let's all try and be more carefull! Before we go off half cocked!
