I wonder if POS happened to do a pre-race interview of this guy? I thought I saw one of his guys with greatly enlarged......pupils, didn't you, during one of those interviews when POS walks around the pits, before the race?

From Jayski, today:
__________

AND Michael Waltrip Racing has fired crew member Lee Dodson after Dodson was indefinitely suspended by NASCAR for violating the sanctioning body's substance-abuse policy. Now in its fifth year of random drug testing, NASCAR suspends indefinitely anyone who fails a drug test. Before being reinstated, those suspended must meet with a substance-abuse professional and complete a recovery program based on the professional's recommendation. Dodson had joined MWR this year and had been working on the car of #15-Clint Bowyer. "Michael Waltrip Racing fully supports NASCAR's substance abuse policies and those who complete the Road to Recovery program," MWR said in a statement. "MWR's zero tolerance policy has resulted in the immediate termination of the employee."(Sporting News)(5-14-2013

Was the guy running around in the pits with just his "socks on"?
That would have been a dead give-away, Banger-Buds!

LMAO!

token ownership positions appear to be exempt from the "zero tolerance" policy at MWR

Actually I think zero tolerance policies related to substance abuse by employees is illegal under the ADA. The employer has a legal obligation to help them.

When you think about zero tolerance policies are really chicken sh_t. We hear about them in the workplace and in schools. Its much easier to abandon the individual than it is to provide support, feedback, progressive discipline, consoling, rehabilitation opportunities.

So You're part of the problem? Support, feedback, progressive discipline, consoling, rehabilitation ops.?????? All equals ENABLER!!! A doper is a doper is a doper is a Junkie! WHO may I ask put the dope in the crew members system MWR????? NOT LIKELY!! More like he did it himself! WHY, WHY, WHY Should MWR pay for this guy's Rehab ???? Because he was an employee there? B.S.! He done it to himself, He can get himself out! And before you can say it-NO tax payers should'nt have to foot the bill either! i.e. free clinics etc... Abandoning the Individual is the correct thing to do! Show them what they lose, Have you not learned they have to hit rock bottom first?? All that shit your talking just slows down the process! ZERO TOLERANCE is the only policy! People know you ain't putting up with dumb shit, You don't get dumb shit! Believe me I know!
