If you aren't on drugs, then why can't you prove it? Are you still in racing at all? Did you move back to your home town? God be with you and your family.. Put Nascar behind you.. open a business teaching others how to drive or how to NOT do drugs

If he is so innocent and perfect like he keeps saying he is, why does he refuse to prove it to NA$CAR and the public? He claims he has 100% proof of how perfect and innocent he is, yet he refuses to show a single person this proof. Why? What is he so afraid of? Why does he refuse to show anyone all this proof he claims he has. All he has to do is show all his proof to the public and he wins back everything he lost. He has the power to put put Brian France, in his place. Why does he no show the world what he has?

Maria: You ask a very good question. I've been in conversation with Jeremy's real mom and it appears that the day (in court) will come when everyone gets to present their case. Jeremy is unable to just walk in front of the cameras and tell all right now due to the fact that he may jeopdize his own case. That's a standard rule you must live by when your case is going before the bench. That's basically why his lawyers would never stand for him giving up evidence in advance. I think this situation is really going to get nasty. Good Luck Jeremy. I'm still pulling for you.

If it were a possible false positive I am sure that the Doctors who have reviewed this case would have realized this. Its kind of like saying you failed a drug screening for marijuana by sitting in the same room as someone smoking marijuana, not possible. Drug test have much improved in recent years to the extent of being able to tell how many ppm of a substance is in your urine or blood, if it were at all possible that this result was a false positive then the decision would have been overturned.

In America Methamphetamine is a wide spread epidemic, not just one type of person is using this drug, but every type of person uses it.

Politicians, crooked police officers, people next to you in the grocery store, all kinds of people and apparently Nascar drivers are not exclude from the downfalls of society.

I do not believe that this was a false positive, rather he had been using the drug and that now he looks bad and is doing everything in his power to make NASCAR look like the bad guy, no matter how much mud you sling you will always have to live with your decisions.

For the sake of yourself and your family I hope that you can come to terms with the situation and deal with it properly, I would like to see you in competition once again.

Denver Dan, the "Pothole" 500 was awesome. Great racing action other than the almost 2 hrs of delays thanks to the infamous pothole, however Im sure you saw Jr. finish second, he raced pretty good, started out front and moved back to the back of the pack after leading 4 laps, tried to make the car a little better and then at the end said to hell with it and gave em all he had, one more corner and Jr. would have won it.

I watched the Pothole 500 and to be honest it was one of the best restrictor plate races since the COT started being used. 43 drug free drivers started the race and there was not a car with #41 being driven by Mr. Meth Mayfield.

By the way, did he ever pay the parts people or his first lawyer?

I hope Mayfield has the goods to drive NA$CRAP down in flames. He probably partied with Brian France along the way...while Michael "POS" Waltrip was the designated driver...LMAO!

You people need to think of this...how many people in the stands are on drugs during a race? How many drive to a race that are already high from drinking and drugs...HELL, if they banned the fans, the stand would be 85% empty...NASCAR does what it wants, it's a JOKE...ask France about the nite in Daytona he drove home drunk, hit a few ploes in the road and nothing was ever done....

At least Waltrip retired on his own terms and did not flunk out on a failed drug test.

Retired on his own terms? You mean not being able to scam another year of sponsorship with his goofy shtick and constant sucking up to the kingdom? He's talentless hack, and one of the many reasons the "sport" is tanking.

No I mean he was not run out of NASCAR for repetitive use of drugs. Jeremy and one of his crew members were both busted. Can we see a trend? Jeremy, how is that new home going, will you take the tires off of it when you park it in the park?

Unless you work in the medical field, you wouldn't know it, but anybody can walk into a lab that is on some kind of medication and prove positive for certain drugs. Do you know what's in coca cola?
And how about Poppy flowers? Both famous, and used all the time.
And yes, you can come up with a FALSE POSITIVE. All this is, is a
witch hunt, do you think as big as NASCAR is they will admit making a mistake. And his step mom, everybody knows what she is, just look at her. Hang in there Jeremy, you were to good of a driver, somebody got jealous. Will be glad when all this is over for you and your family. And you can hit the track again.

Jeremy will have his day in court. No body needs to know his defense but him and his lawyers. It will come out when its time to come out. And people are low when they throw such things at a man when he is down. And really low about remarks about his wife and his home. Hang in thier Mayfields, you'll have the last word.
